Easy way for me was to use Quiet and Sinful Butterfly and she literally does all the work. Shoot some of them with the your Brennan LRS and order Quiet to fire her weapon get the job done sooner. You want to dodge the skulls attacks at the same time. I got it done in under 3 minutes

It's not like I'm bad at games, I've beaten every other _Metal Gear_ game on Hard mode and I've even beaten friggin' _God Hand_! It's just the Skulls are so tough that they're not challenging, they're just nerve-wrecking!
The first time the Skulls ever showed up when I was rescuing Miller, I shut off the game. Things were freaky. I didn't sign up for no friggin' zombies. There's a reason I don't play those Resident Evil games. Scares the crap out of me. Anxiety goes through the roof when I see the Skulls under starring.
Can't blame you, mgs V was my first metal gear so I was really confused when I saw zombies running after me and a fire man on the first mission. I thought the game was just about infiltrating bases.
I tried this. I failed BUT!! I got S rank cos Quiet shot them while I fultoned them out. She was on top of that high perch and I was near the mortar shown in the vid.
Easy and quick S rank in under 4 minutes got my attention. Straight up never used a bit of your own ammo. Now that's killing the enemy with his own gun. Now that I've beat it I'm obsessed with doing it better like this.
Thank you for this epic tutorial in August 2024! This level would be impossible with conventional weapons. And I was able to kill all 4 skulls with the AA gun! 🫡

For some reason I can't use Quiet. I don't know if it's because I beat the story or if it's glitched. I can't use her for any mission anymore.

The Mortars are no longer there. I used the AMR Rifle as its was quicker on reload than BRENNAN and it fires the same 12.5m ammo.
