Honestly, I have over 1700 hours on this game. I had to just use to timestamp to review this video to actually see it. I had deleted my save data because I literally wasted my resources grind getting a one hit kill weapon when I already had a weapon that would mame them to the ground and die slowly. I would take it all back if I could of had the ability to make the one hit killer with sleeper rounds. I was already arcing my shots on FOBs in between platforms so I think I did my best. Still have the game on steam but whatever

bro I've completed the story three times, two on PS4 and one on XBOX 360 and I never knew you could do a prone kick like that. this is by far the best MGSV gameplay I've seen. When you put on the tape and skipped it, I lost it I was like "this dude even knows all the tapes in the game"
I swear I learn something new every time I load into the game. Today it was the rooftop route into the room Miller is held in - I'd always done it on the ground around the back like most people I've seen play the game do, but the frontal rooftop route is far faster and stealthier - if a little janky. I deliberately didn't use camo, in broad daylight, and it still worked and would have been no traces had I not been messing with a guard in the first outpost
Apparently it's been a thing since the original Metal Gear Solid... I recently got the platinum for it and I never knew you could plant C4 om a guard until I had to do it for one of the Virtual Missions. These games are insane
If you watched developers introduce for different approaches, and one of them was named "Thinking outside the box". Basically player used D-Horse to stop the venicle, a cardboard box with woman to attract attention of soldiers and C4, which were placed on a back of distracted soldier. After that all what player needed is to wait for soldires to get to their commander officer to briefing and blow the charge when it comes by.
Another masterpiece for the collection. Also, this made me feel MGSV is in desperate need of some 'drone perspective camera mod' to capture all these amazing cinematic moments from the proper angle. _(Does a bit of Googling)_ Well, it exists on Nexus. Although I'm not sure how easily it can be integrated into the fast paced gameplay.
The leg sweep alone was enough to impress me. The rest just cemented the subscribe. Elite work. One of my favourite games of all time played to perfection, love to see it.

LMFAO no it isn't??? It was rushed, it's too easy, it has a bad and incomplete story with awful writing, the open world is terrible, most enemy bases suck, the upgrade system is bad, etc. The only good things about this game are the actual gameplay and the arsenal that the player has access to.

I just started replaying this game recently and I am definitely going to go for more of these awesome runs. This game is so deep! After watching videos like this, I realize I barely scratched the surface the first time I played it.
Youre pretty good. Ive only attempted that mission in daylight 2 times and both times it became a shit show after the chopper spotted me or a sniper saw me sprinting across the runway. God i love the freedom and creativity Phantom Pain gives the player. Go at it one way then have to change everything on the fly because a soldier turned left instead of right whenever youre sneaking past them. I used to run non-lethal during my plays but ive switched to more of a mixed style. Not trying to keep/extract soldiers except for the higher ranked ones. My only complaint would be for the lack of goofy details that the other games had. And the radio/codec calles with the other members. Like in MGS3, calling Sigint after using the naked camo. "Snake, what's up? Why you naked?" "Because it feels good." "...ok whatever man, you do you then." "I will, thanks. Just one question though. Is there a way to take off my pants?" "Say WHAT?" "My pants.." "Ah hell naw! This Fox unit is a nut fest!" *Snake laughes evily*

The guy in the video literally crouched behind an NPC and placed bombs on his butt without alerting him. Not to mention how much jumping and noise the player made and none of the soldiers cared the slightest. I dont get what you guys see in this game tbh.

Professional Stealth Players: Exploit blindspots and avoid direct conflict to avoid being seen, taking slow and calculated approaches. God: Can avoid being seen even in broad daylight; Is the stealth, itself, and is itself, the calculation.
Shit had already gotten real before you started playing "Sins of The Father" I saw you skipping parts of the track and I was like "THERE'S MORE!?!?!?!"
What a ridiculously impressive game, i only played half of it when it launched, but seeing this now makes you appreciate what an impressive technical achievement it was at the time and still is. MGS 5 ranks up there with Red Dead 2, God Of War, GTA 4, 5, Crysis, Red Faction Guerilla, Warzone or Teardown.
Loved the gameplay style had no idea of the tricks that could be done and will try to add some of it to my gameplay when I can pure genius bro you got a sub from me!

After about 200 hours of this game, it just starts to click. You start seeing how to manipulate the AI and really get creative with it. The controls can be a little clunky at times, but it's easy to see what they were going for, really whish we could have seen what the next iteration of a Metal Gear game on this engine could be like (MG:Survive does NOT count). Death Stranding was definitely at step up in a lot of ways, but still had this sort of stiff feel to it. But when it's flowing, man, you really feel like a secret agent spy badass.
The game is almost a decade old, yet clips like these never ceases to amaze me as to how chaotic and creative you could get in capturing outposts with the most outlandish methods... and still remain undetected.
Me when I play this game: Put the kids to bed and pick the rest up from soccer practice. When speedrunners play this game: *_T A C T I C A L G E N O C I D E_*

It's actually pretty broken as it renders you invisible for the duration of the smoke grenade, even if visually it doesn't appear to be.

I don't think even the tank was left behind. Vehicles that you call from base are fultoned when you leave the battlefield
