Le béhourd est un sport relativement "nouveau", et je pense que le fair play est une composante importante de celui-ci, d'autant plus que les combattants ont en général beaucoup de respect entre eux, ils partagent la même passion, après tout ! Donc voilà, je pense qu'il est super important de garder une bonne ambiance entre supporters, les rivalités comme dans au foot n'ont à mon avis pas leur place ici.

This goes to show how badly portrayed armored combat is in nearly all movies created for theaters and TV viewing. The reality is armor stops all but the hardest of blows from having an effect and it isn't that easy to strike a gap in someone armor. The average blow into an armored opponent would not even have much of an effect. In real life a fully armored person would probably take many blows before being seriously injured.

In our defense, our team is usually pretty good, from what I've seen we win half of our rounds. We even got into finals against Poland one time, Poland of course won, but calling our team unskilled or lacking in tactics is just plain untrue.
I find it a bit lame that the goal is just to throw people to the ground.. they are barely swinging their weapons.. this basicly wrestling with medieval armor
