i took the real estate exam 2 days ago and failed both the national and state. this exam is hands down on of the hardest exams out there. im currently studying to retake it within 10 days
Wow I prayed about NC real estate information gaining and this video popped up on my time line, I’m so happy for this insight information But question would that book be the exact one to use for any school of choice? And can that be purchased on Amazon or only purchased from the schools
I just took a NC prelicensing course at Wilkes Community College online. So they’re currently offering online courses. I’m scheduled for my THIRD state exam on Friday and trying to figure out how to pass it. Thanks for your info you provided.
Hi, Matthew, Great content!!! Very informative. I’m rethinking taking the class over after this pandemic is over. I Wish you was here in Charlotte. Would you consider doing zoom tutorials?
I technically can do business in Charlotte. I’m not quite at that point yet in terms of expansion though. As for tutorials, I haven’t. Mostly because i wouldn’t consider the course material as a speciality. A lot of the stuff you learn in the class hardly applies to the actual job of real estate. But I would be happy to answer any questions to do have. You can always email me at matthew@berriluxuryproperties.com

Foreigner here wanting to be in real estate career in NC. 😇. Hi Matthew I need an advice for requirements or evaluation. I am from Philippines. I do have real broker estate license from my country. How do I become a real estate broker/agent in North Carolina? Thanks 🙂☺️
Hey man I have several questions about real estate in North Carolina if you answer them that would be great!! How could I get in contact with you to ask these questions?
If you were to get a client on day one, have an offer submitted and accepted on day one, and everything moved smoothly from day one. You would still be 30-45 days away from receiving a paycheck. Obviously it depends on your current cost of living, but that’s what new agents are up against.
They’re pretty much all the same. You can’t take an online course in NC, however due to the pandemic, they’re offering them online via zoom. But every class has to follow the same curriculum and pacing. Go with whatever local options you have.

So In North Carolina you don’t need to be sponsored by a broker to be licensed?
I would like to hear you talk about a person with a slight thing in their background how hard is it to get the license in North Carolina then??
Hi,

Can you do a video on how to be a broker
Good video!
You said you need to have some money saved ( $5,000) to be exact. Why?
If you were to get a client on day one, have an offer submitted and accepted on day one, and everything moved smoothly from day one. You would still be 30-45 days away from receiving a paycheck. Obviously it depends on your current cost of living, but that’s what new agents are up against.
How long does it take to get certified?
What books do u need or recommend for the real estate classes
They’ll provide you with all course material. No need for anything extra.
They will tell you which books to buy once you register for classes.
Which school do you recommend to take the class?
They’re pretty much all the same. You can’t take an online course in NC, however due to the pandemic, they’re offering them online via zoom. But every class has to follow the same curriculum and pacing. Go with whatever local options you have.
