Its 2024 im preparing to passed State portion i passed National on January 13 and this information is so important to know not just for the exam but once you start working in real estate too.
@_makayladanielle8865 yes I passed National first and about two weeks later I passed State got my license in February of this year Travis's videos helped alot I watched the over and over and took notes on them. It was scary because right after i got my license the NAR changes came into play
Travis did the rule change for salaried broker assistants? I thought they could open a home for sale for someone like an inspector only if a buyer wasn’t anywhere on the property?
I just got back from psi testing on NC it wasn't as bad as ppl say but I didn't pass they had so many questions on LLC and who can sell a s corporation and other twisted questions my problem is math big time
Travis, please lose Seth... he is not adding anything special to your class but is a BIG distraction and make unnecessary contributions... which is really really annoying and take away from your presentation.

I think what make it confusing is the name changing licensee/salesperson/agent etc
You have to get used to being able to use them interchangeably. They all mean the same thing ultimately.

There is a series of prep vids from Debbie the Teacher. She is excellent in the math prep section.Like $49 for a months access. She is good!!!
