Hello, Travis. I reside in Louisiana. I took a Real Estate Class in November and needed to test by February. I felt overwhelmed and very unprepared with the materials I’d been given. I found your videos on UA-cam, took my state and national exams on January 28th and passed!! I passed the first time and am now Licensed because of your help. Thanks so much! You’re heaven sent!! Just thought I’d let you know.
Travis I passed from this first attempt because of you!!!!!!!! I plugged your UA-cam to my car auxiliary and passed!!!! Thanks and I would love to register with you for my post license classes
I passed the national portion of the NC exam today and missed the state by 3…🙄. Will get it next time. But I would never have passed this without Travis’s videos! Thank you so much!!! Your school will get my post licensing business as I regretted not knowing about you when I was considering schools! You are the Best!!!
Hi Travis, Today I passed my Texas real estate State exam. I cannot thank you enough for helping me through! you are a big part of my success on passing the exam in my first try! You are an amazing teacher and the way you care about your students and how you teach and break down the terminology key words and etc...I can go on and on...I wish I could do my CE at your school, but I live in Texas😒Thank you Sir! God bless you and your family! 🙏
Due to the pandemic I had to take my test 80 some days after my class ended and I forgot a lot. I could NOT have done it without these videos! Passed my first time. Thank you Travis!
Did you just take it in Raleigh this past week? I over heard the guy I was sitting beside said he missed it by 1. I missed it by 2 questions. This video couldn't have came at a better time. Thanks Travis!!!
HI Travis! Thank you so much for your videos! They are so easy to follow and make everything about real estate so much clearer! I passed the national exam on the first try, but I have had to take the NC state portion four times! Next Wednesday will be my fifth time taking it! Could you advise me which of your videos would help me the most in passing the NC State exam. I am bilingual, I do have a hard time with comprehension. Any advice from you would be very much appreciated!
Can someone please help me with this question. You are working with a buyer, on Tuesday they make an offer, on Wednesday your license becomes inactive, Thursday the contract is binding, Friday the deal is closed. At what point do you have to keep those records for 3 years? Tuesday Wednesday Thursday or Friday
from what I have learned is that you keep records 3 years after the day the of the unsuccessful or successful conclusion of the transaction. I got this answer to and I think it is Friday and that the license becomes inactive is just trying to stump you, the deal is closed on Friday whether your license is active or not; Friday would be the successful conclusion of the transaction! I hope this helps and if I am wrong someone can correct me!!
I think most people spend far too much time focused on the math. The math is about 10% of the exams. That's it. That doesn't mean ignore the math, but it does mean you can afford to ignore the portions of the math that just blow you away. Find the math types that you're comfortable with and stick to those. Hammer them and make sure you get those handful correct.
Thank you so much Travis! These videos have been so helpful. I am curious, if an individual worked as a salaried employee of a builder (owner) but received a bonus each time they sold a property, would the employee need a license?
I just would like to know who is the genius that has the nerves to give u a thumbs down. Like really. AH pls if this is so go ahead n gives better input. Omg haters so pathetic. N me so "idiotic" bothering to comment on stupidity!!!! Couldn't help myself. Sorry!!!!
Hi Mr. Everette, do you offer refresher courses for licensed real estate brokers that have been out of the business awhile but want to reactivate their license.
Hey Travis, your videos are very helpful!! I took the NC State Portion twice now and i'm taking the third one this week coming up, on my second try i failed by 1 question and i really want to pass my third try because my 180 eligibilty time is almost up! Is there anyway i can email you a few question that I remembered that had me confused? i will greatly appreciate your help! Thank You
Thanks God for these videos Thanks Mr. Everette! I passed my test on Friday!

Did you just take it in Raleigh this past week? I over heard the guy I was sitting beside said he missed it by 1.
I missed it by 2 questions. This video couldn't have came at a better time. Thanks Travis!!!
No i took it in Fayetteville the 20th, I'm sure you will pass next time! Good Luck!
Same to you! Good Luck!
I failed the state part by 3 questions. Took it in Fayetteville on the 20th as well, taking the retake today. Great video!
This was beyond helpful ! Thank you Travis!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you! Love the content!
Glad you enjoy it!
interesting question! That worker was not showing the property. She was simply meeting the potential buyers there and opening the home. Very tricky
That is a showing. Providing buyers with access is a showing.
@@traviseverette Thanks!
@@traviseverette You do great work! Will you make a video for exam review topics? that would be great thanks!

Same passed national on first try going on 5th for state. Feel like the wording gets me. Failed by 1 to 2 questions every time.

That was helpful Travis, thank you. Missed some of those on the class exam the other night. :-(
I always watch a video before I go over my chapters at home.
Thank you so much
Does an appraisal needs a real state license?
Someone performing an appraisal for a fee needs an appraisers license, not a real estate license.
Travis Everette thank you so much. I was so confused.
Hello Travis do you think its serious enough to grab a real estate tutor for the math portion
I think most people spend far too much time focused on the math. The math is about 10% of the exams. That's it. That doesn't mean ignore the math, but it does mean you can afford to ignore the portions of the math that just blow you away. Find the math types that you're comfortable with and stick to those. @@traviseverette thanks again for the response I definitely understand
I just took the test. I only had like 4 or 5 math questions that were basic commission and loan payment calculations on the national portion.
@@elevatedmind1897 okay so basically I'm thinking to hard about this got you and congratulations
travis do you know if their is anyway during the PSI we can take the state portion first?
They don't tell us what PSI does or doesn't do in the testing centers unfortunately.
Thank you so much Travis! These videos have been so helpful. I am curious, if an individual worked as a salaried employee of a builder (owner) but received a bonus each time they sold a property, would the employee need a license?
Absolutely

In the José scenario and compensation / free rent issue, could that be resolved if Jose paid rent, even if he paid his parents $1.00 rent a month?
An assistant that is putting a sign up for the broker. Do they need a license?
Not if they are salaried
Btw do u teach the TN laws

Hey travis! Do u have any SC material I can study? I am going for my 4th try Oct 5th...I really want to pass this time!
I hate the government. 😂 You need a license for a referral. Smh. 😝 Leave it to the government to complicate everything they get their paws on.
