I remember my early days in the gym as a young grown man and I couldn’t do this until I had put in some time. Plenty of grown men can’t do this. The talent pool for strength sports might get absurd over the course of this next decade.
Can't most grown men just pick it up and curl it then press it?
@@m3chris1 You think most men can press and CURL 135?
@@m3chris1 Most men can't do that with 30kg
I'm assuming people watching this channel are gym trained for decent amount of time not random weiners off the street
I just did it in jeans and dress shirt after work and I'm 51, just making sure I wasn't high. Reverse swing curl hardest part i guess.
When I first started lifting I was 17 years old and weighed in at around 55kg (i am male), i couldnt even bench the light bar. I cannot imagine how a 9 year old girl can achieve this, this is crazy. I hope she isnot forced into this kind of training and has fun doing it!
Im exactly at this situation now. Weight around 58kg. Every training I do it to the point until my muscles stops working, and im close to 1x bodyweight in bench and squat. However for my first deadlift ever I've managed to pull 60kg, and I was really surprised in my back strength))
@@MiroslavOstapenko your overtraining if you pushing that hard. Try eating at least 2500cals a day and follow a 5x5 program (texas method)
@@taqiya.b5228 I definitely eat that much or more, do not think Im some kind of Jack Hanma) I just like strong soreness and im making a progress bit by bit
No one forces their daughter to lift weights. Sons, maybe.
Oppressive parents, usually pick ballet or gymnastics for their daughters.
Point being, if a girl is lifting at age 9, you can bet that she does it willingly. Probably fought tooth and nail for it, too.
@@MiroslavOstapenko you're doing great friend. That is exactly how everyone should train, to failure, until your muscles can't take it anymore, it's the mist efficent way of putting in muscle. Remember to eat extra calories as well and you'll weigh much more in no time man!
AWESOME!!
My concerns are compression of a not fully developed spine and burnout.
Forget the fact that she's likely going to develop lifelong chronic pain from a messed up back... small price to pay to make adults momentarily be impressed.
Jesus Christ. The stupidity that dwells in these video comments.
Yeah, I haven't read any studies showing that weight training causes compression or stunts growth, although I always heard this growing up. The bigger concern is the overwhelming evidence that explosive movements cause more injury than slow and controlled lifting.
I always wondered if it was the same person behind the two channels! My life is now complete. Missed the ending too :)
Glad to be back my friend
I've read that she started as a gymnast (and still is) where they discovered and further build her enormous strength. On IG you can see her c&j 63kg, squat 90kg and deadlift 120kg. All clearly more than I do..
Since gymnastic is basically abuse, I'm not shocked. One fire into another fire.
Great idea man, can’t wait to see your channels grow and grow! I feel like a topic of interesting conversation could be had with the strict curl and 3 full power powerlifting not having enough upper body focus with no real pull variation (a deadlift is a hip hinge not a back row) and so the strict curl gives an avenue for that which has history in the sport and it used to replace the squat in the UK back in the day however it’s not perfect as perfect display of back/pulling strength would be a chin up it’s still interesting to discuss
That background music is so nostalgic. Please never ever ever get rid of it
I definitely won't!
@@StrengthCentral ❤️
Also the bugez outro
I am officially a fan of this girl now. That’s incredible! I am so rooting for her. Can’t wait to see what she will accomplish as she grows.
I'm so happy it´s not my daughter
lol buddy.. she won't be able to walk when she is 40
You think? I was just thinking she’s cute as a button and hope she doesn’t mass up. (It’s not healthy for anyone but at least I started out ugly. 🙃 )
Lots of injuries
I'd like her to accomplish reading, writing and arithmetic... and playing on a swing... NOT heaving weight.
Hell yeah dudeee welcome back 💪🏻 (ps i know the outro is Rick de la Stick, but when video is it? It has always haunted me lmao)
'wtf!' was my honest and vocal reaction. Wow, just wow!
We used to be told young children shouldn’t be doing things like this. The body is still growing and developing etc. Has that changed like other things?
When I was a kid the myth was not to lift because it would stunt your growth. My how times have changed.
Wait has that been debunked? I haven't seen any sources that have debunked it. Then again I haven't checked in a while.
Really like the no commentary uploads of powerlifting comps like what you did for big dogs
Might bring those back aswell
@@StrengthCentral are you bringing lotw back as well? I really miss that
Nice! I started watching on the Lifting Vault channel and also liked your Mister Vault channel, but now I have a third one to follow as well. Cheers!
That's awesome, happy to have you here man!
I was trying to figure out where I've heard that outro before, then it hit me LIKE A TON OF BRICKS!
God i miss this channel. I had briefly forgotten of its existence. I have to say i loved the 10 min news lifting videos and i really wish you made them again....
She also break the Deadlift and squat/frontsquat world record in the sub-sub-junior class in her weight class and in the others as well.. with 9 years.. wow!
Stay healthy little one. You're an major league lifter in the making. Wow!
Great lift and great channel comeback changes!
Variety is always a good idea, let's see more
Hell yeah! You go girl! That was an awesome lift. 👏
Not awesome. Dangerous... she's going to develop scoliosis, and a history of chronic pain. She should be playing as exercise, not this ridiculous side show of gymnastics.
Immense compression on undeveloped vertebrae and pressure on undeveloped bones and ligaments will see this girl in a wheelchair just in time for her to roll into womanhood.
Her technique is insanely good! Holy! The speed under bar, turnover, the jerk, perfect.
She's got a really noticeable arm pull, especially on the right side.
@@BigUriel that's another kind of clean contact, not how the west teaches it. She has a Chinese kind of hip contact that's why the pulls are early. You can go observe Luxiaojun and Tian Tao.
@@jameslam6554 Call it whatever you want it's an energy loss point. Elite athletes don't always have perfect form, they have form that works for them or maybe they're just so good overall that they can still be great despite their mistakes, not because of them.
I understand the "perfect" pull doesn't exist outside of theory and it's difficult to try to move the weight purposeful and not pull with your arms at all, but in this case it's really noticeable.
I'm 6'2" and 395lbs... and I am only 10lbs away from overhead pressing(Log) 200lbs... and this little girl, who weighs as much as one of my legs, can already do over 130lbs 🤯😳🤦 fml I am weak lol
Peds..
When I started training heavy back in ‘06 there was a strength website I’d visit for tips on the forum. They’d also post motivational one-liners, and the one that sticks with me to this day read Remember, somewhere in China there’s a teenage girl warming up with your max.”
395lbs?! Was that a typo??
@@youngKOkid1 unfortunately not lol
@@hulkslayer626 dude, for the love of god, lose like 150lbs 🙏
IVE WAITING THIS!!!! THE CHANNEL IS ALIVE!! Alleluia!!!!!!
I don't think anyone under 16 should be allowed to do weight lifting. It's a growing phase of a child and compression of spine and bones could leave them shorter then if they had started weight lifting later in life.
Wow.... If I hadn't seen it here I would say it's not possible!
Amazing!!
I'm glad this channel is back
Happy to be back 🙂
Great form!
Holy shitt return strength central 😬
Why did you make the separate Lifting Vault channel in the first place? Seems similar content.
Nostalgic hearing this intro again.
Insanely impressive
As someone who started strength training early in life and had some injuries, I would not recommend this for a child her age. It could literally stunt her growth by effecting the growth plates in her body.
What fantastic technique from this youngster.
Lifting Vault!
The big reveal
This is truly impressive
My daughter is a gymnast and enjoys lifting weights with me and wrestles. She is absurdly strong. This girl in this video is incredible and will do even more incredible things.
Like becoming a dwarf, or messing up her uterus position and become unable to be pregnant etc.
U shd always put their name or @ in your description so it will be easy to find them.
The line from Bugez is back, I’ve missed this channel
I remeber not going to the gym in my earlier days…. Fucking awesome!!!!!!
WELCOME BACK!!!!
U backkkkkk
i was like damn this graphic is ripping off lifting vault
then i heard the voice and i was full mr krabs
Love the bugez soundbite
That's very impressive.
Only watched Lifting Vault all this while. Where were you?
I was going to jokingly comment something like
“weak, I can curl that”
But now that I think about it, I probably can’t curl it 💀 I’m very impressed lol
Grown dude, and I have never put this much weight over my head. Like...what
Pfff i can do that whit 60kg easy, dubbel my body weight tho not a chance i get a bar whit 230kg over my head, this little girl is f-ing awsome hope she keeps going and have people around her that know what they are doing so she does't get hurt.
I wondered if this channel was related to Lifting Vault!!!
The secret is out
She has nice technique. Lifting twice her body weight is pretty impressive.
what? an update?
We back bb
That is unbelievable. Fuckin hell
Good for her.. but I think.. this will effect her growth. As in getting taller. I could be wrong.
Growth plates closing in xD Olympic sport is retarded, it should only be on safe daily level not more lol
Freaking awesome; she's a true inspiration. Just gotta watch that knee valgus though, it's put many an athlete out of the game.
Love it
Technique is great
Amazing, but why is this a mirror image?.
Breaking records at nine, crippled at nineteen. Great parenting.
HE’S BACK!
Long time no see, bro
Good lord, that's impressive.
Dang, that's impressive.
Those weights were probably not as heavy as we're led to believe.
But, I'm not a biologist.
🙃
My concern is for her future. What are these kind of weights doing to her structure when it's still growing? Will she suffer damage earlier in life than normal? Seems kinda chancy to me!
Now that is a badass :D
You own both channel lol
When I used to go to the gym regularly I used to see a group of people powerlifting and I thought it was a stupid waste of time because it looked like they all had damaged knees from trying to lift too much weight.
They all had ace bandages on their knees.
I know it is an Olympic sport and if you are into Powerlifting more power to you,but I would never want to do something that is likely to cause permanent physical damage just to find out the maximum amount of weight I can read lift.
She's too young to be doing this extreme weight .She could really end up hurting herself.
Powerlifting is not an Olympic sport .
Great technique also
Greetings from France.
I recognise Spencer Moorman in the back, must be her coach
nine years old!??! amazing!!
Real power . Hope the ink isn't real .
I hope the tats are fake as well....have a great day🙂
Her heart must be working overtime
(I'm talking about the peds)
And she has a sick pair of 727s. Effing rock star right there.
Wow impressive
What a beast!!! Damn near twice her own weight!!!! Just don't let her over train and mess her joints up! Girls knees do some seriously strange things during puberty. Got something to do with the hormones that allow the bodily and skeletal changes during pregnancy.
My sister in law kept flipping a knee cap on edge, where it was standing up on edge!! Horrifying to see,and pretty damned painful!
Holly shitballs.... Go kid go......
I'm, 6'2", 230, workout daily, and I'd cross the street if I saw this little champion coming my way.
I wonder why..
no just no...whilst sport and exercise are a positive to engage in whilst growing up, excess strain on the bones and joints of a young growing child like this is not healthy and can lead to severe health complications
This Woman is really amazing 😯
Hopefully she doesn't blow her joints out as she gets older. If she sticks with it, and stays healthy, she'll be a beast.
mind boggling.
Elite genetics right there, gonna be one strong woman growing up.
The tuuuunes baby!
Lmao. Im 100kg bdywt and I can do this like 2 or 3 times. Bravo!
I could see her being in the Olympics. That’s awesome!
If she's not eventually " juiced - up , she'll never even qualify for the fuckin special Olympics. There are NO natural athletes , male or female in Olympic weightlifting or any other world class strength competition , NONE !
When I was a kid, anyone doing weights was viewed as a weirdo. Not a lot of people did it as a hobby. I believe now that there are a lot more people into weightlifting, hence more and more people are being discovered as being total freaks! That's my opinion anyway.
Experienced same thing back in 70's, some people took it even further and didn't think a person should try and improve themselves, it was mind-blowing
That's so weird... for me, it was seen as cool cause everyone, mostly boys at least, wanted to be a pro athlete when we grew up. But if you were going hard a bit too young, there was always the "You'll stunt your growth!" people.
Regardless, it's weird how getting muscles young was seen as anything other than impressive/cool by your peers. I would have loved to have been able to start building muscle before college.
It is really interesting, to watch female MMA and weightlifting leagues, slowly saturate with greater talent. Because the sports are fully accessible to women, in most countries, as social stigma decreases.
Soon, we will truly be able to see where the ceiling lies.
Wow youngen.
If she keeps it up she won't have any back or knees left and on set early stage arthritis
Blast from the past!
Power house❤
Well, i got mogged by a 9 yo girl by 10 kg lmao
Wow! Sixty kilos - what a little powderkeg!
Wtf that girl is insane
As long as she works her core in practice, then she has a long career in it.
She's 9 years old dude... she should be playing not lifting.
Little Rory's form is virtually flawless , however before any of you accuse her of being involved with PEDS , just consider that her lifts likely exceed that of Anatoly Pissarenko when he was 9 years old , even though he achieved the greatest clean and jerk for any human EVER @ 584 lbs . , she will NEVER lift much more than 150 lbs, if that , at her maximum . And this is , as ALWAYS due to chemistry . Just consider the great " little Hercules " Richard Sandrak , it is likely that he did not use steroids but was very strong and muscular for his very young age . But now, if you research this , thankfully he is apparently a well adjusted and somewhat successful stuntman , but no where near the muscularity that one would have suspected in the late 1990s or early 2000s . That is exactly because he wasn't on the juice or had stopped . In her case , if she's not put on a program of large amounts of anabolic steroids , which I'm dead set against , she'll NEVER progress past a 170 lbs clean and jerk . That's just physiology folks , no need to deny it , but some idiots will. Please do yerself a favor and not be one of them ..
It would be a major tragedy to see a 250lbs Canadian lass. juiced- up to the max and looking real massive and masculine lifting well over 350lbs overhead all the while denying steroid use AND BEING BELIEVED by a bunch of feminist morons . I would hate all this , but beware , NATURE hates such thing far more, and there will be a reckoning , I've seen it many times before.
