I remember my early days in the gym as a young grown man and I couldn’t do this until I had put in some time. Plenty of grown men can’t do this. The talent pool for strength sports might get absurd over the course of this next decade.

When I first started lifting I was 17 years old and weighed in at around 55kg (i am male), i couldnt even bench the light bar. I cannot imagine how a 9 year old girl can achieve this, this is crazy. I hope she isnot forced into this kind of training and has fun doing it!

Great idea man, can’t wait to see your channels grow and grow! I feel like a topic of interesting conversation could be had with the strict curl and 3 full power powerlifting not having enough upper body focus with no real pull variation (a deadlift is a hip hinge not a back row) and so the strict curl gives an avenue for that which has history in the sport and it used to replace the squat in the UK back in the day however it’s not perfect as perfect display of back/pulling strength would be a chin up it’s still interesting to discuss

As long as she works her core in practice, then she has a long career in it.

Little Rory's form is virtually flawless , however before any of you accuse her of being involved with PEDS , just consider that her lifts likely exceed that of Anatoly Pissarenko when he was 9 years old , even though he achieved the greatest clean and jerk for any human EVER @ 584 lbs . , she will NEVER lift much more than 150 lbs, if that , at her maximum . And this is , as ALWAYS due to chemistry . Just consider the great " little Hercules " Richard Sandrak , it is likely that he did not use steroids but was very strong and muscular for his very young age . But now, if you research this , thankfully he is apparently a well adjusted and somewhat successful stuntman , but no where near the muscularity that one would have suspected in the late 1990s or early 2000s . That is exactly because he wasn't on the juice or had stopped . In her case , if she's not put on a program of large amounts of anabolic steroids , which I'm dead set against , she'll NEVER progress past a 170 lbs clean and jerk . That's just physiology folks , no need to deny it , but some idiots will. Please do yerself a favor and not be one of them ..
It would be a major tragedy to see a 250lbs Canadian lass. juiced- up to the max and looking real massive and masculine lifting well over 350lbs overhead all the while denying steroid use AND BEING BELIEVED by a bunch of feminist morons . I would hate all this , but beware , NATURE hates such thing far more, and there will be a reckoning , I've seen it many times before.
