    At that age her structure hasn't even "solidified" yet, whatever that means. I'm even more worried about her knees going that far valgus than I would be to see an adult doing it. She needs some form coaching to augment her natural ability.

    • @CC-pf4wk
      @CC-pf4wk Рік тому +2

      The knees are probably explained by either too wide of a stance or a lack of knee strength, most lifters will go through some sort of knee cave-in in their fitness journey so it's more or less normal. However she definitely needs to either practice front squatting with varied stances or start focusing on building some knee strength.

    Look, I know she's strong. There's no denying it, that's a very *very* impressive feat of strength -- but I'm not sure why we have to sugarcoat her form issues just because you (lifting vault) or her parents as well as some other people are tunnel-visioned by her impressive lifts. I'm not dogmatic for perfect form, I'm dogmatic for safety. That's NOT safe, neither the deadlifts I have seen. Her parents/coach have to teach her to be more strict and focused, or else she WILL get hurt in the long run, no one's body is an exception.
