Later that same year, Emily upgraded to 202 lbs. Then a little over a year later, and Emily upgraded again to 242lbs(!) at age 12. She's 13 yr old (birth day is at the end of the year), and I'm curious what number she'll hit now as the year passes by.
Between her and Rory Van Ulft, Canada is breeding some pretty strong little girls.

Well I am a 30 year old man who does manual labour, bjj and strength training and my highest power clean ever is 72kg so certainly very impressive especially considering it is an 11 years old girl. That being said, I haven't trained the olympic lifts very much at all, but still being outlifted by an 11yo girl, I can only give her respect for that. I certainly wasn't training with weights at that age.

No, the average lifter done PEDs can do that and beyond. You gotta understand PEDs give you 300% more gains for a young adult male and when they give this to children what do you think will happen? Of course it'll be like 5-600% more gains than they could have gotten without. It's not special or surprising. Drink a lot you will really need to pee, use EPO and you will really have endurance, use anabolics and you will get really strong. That's some biology for ya.

@@alaefarmestatesllc tbh, I also think Olympic lifts are pointless unless that’s where you’re aiming to go. Do I think they’re impressive, you bet because they’re incredibly difficult. Personally tried to get into it but have damaged my shoulders a lot, never tried more than 60 or 70kg even though that’s only a third of my deadlift and 40% of my squat.
