I remember when I was doing power cleans for football, that isn't light. It's insane to think a 11 year old girl can do that.
& it looked so smooth and easy.
Maybe she took a super soilder serum lol.
Later that same year, Emily upgraded to 202 lbs. Then a little over a year later, and Emily upgraded again to 242lbs(!) at age 12. She's 13 yr old (birth day is at the end of the year), and I'm curious what number she'll hit now as the year passes by.
Between her and Rory Van Ulft, Canada is breeding some pretty strong little girls.
Mogged a lot of people.
People that don't care about pointless exercises
@@AMan-vs4vs more like A man who got mogged but is in denial.
Well I am a 30 year old man who does manual labour, bjj and strength training and my highest power clean ever is 72kg so certainly very impressive especially considering it is an 11 years old girl. That being said, I haven't trained the olympic lifts very much at all, but still being outlifted by an 11yo girl, I can only give her respect for that. I certainly wasn't training with weights at that age.
@@AMan-vs4vs Is the curlbro's mad a 11 year old girl put his bench 1rm over her head?
Props to this girl for singlehandedly causing a spike in suicides
THATS IT THIS IS THE LAST STRAW IM TIRED OF GETTING MOGGED BY LITERAL, LITERAL ACTUAL PRETEEN GIRLS I CANT DO THIS SHIT NO MORE IM GOING TO THE GYM
Not only can the average person not do that, the average lifter can’t even do that!
The average person doesn't train this pointless exercise
Being explosive isnt pointless lmao
@@AMan-vs4vs hater spotted. Probably because he’s an equipped powerlifter who can’t go ATG lol.
No, the average lifter done PEDs can do that and beyond. You gotta understand PEDs give you 300% more gains for a young adult male and when they give this to children what do you think will happen? Of course it'll be like 5-600% more gains than they could have gotten without. It's not special or surprising. Drink a lot you will really need to pee, use EPO and you will really have endurance, use anabolics and you will get really strong. That's some biology for ya.
@@alaefarmestatesllc tbh, I also think Olympic lifts are pointless unless that’s where you’re aiming to go. Do I think they’re impressive, you bet because they’re incredibly difficult. Personally tried to get into it but have damaged my shoulders a lot, never tried more than 60 or 70kg even though that’s only a third of my deadlift and 40% of my squat.
That is some feat 80 kg or 176 pounds.
Seemed quite easy!
There was another young girl in Britain Rebecca Tiler who was similiar but dropped out of Olympic lifting as she couldn't get a subsidy from weightlifting Assoc.
She's now powerlifting.
Not to brag but I can strict press that for reps, I'm only a 100 kg lifter who've been training for 10 years. Oh im on trt as well..
All jokes aside, holy fuck
I don’t think it’s strength standards are increasing, but form is being implemented earlier on.
These lifts require great form and technique. The movement helps move the weight.
Where as if they were doing more powerlifting standards I don’t think the weight would correlate
Note the fact that they're probably not natural, keep grinding brah
i havent done power cleans in ags i might have to start doing them again or the old school strongman side press as i love that movement
I'm not saying she's on gear, but i'd say theres a good chance.
Look at those anavar abs
That level of muscularity is nearly unheard of in children that age, especially girls. Just look at her neck, forearms, delts, and quads after she drops the weight.
She's either a total freak or on gear. Gear is way more likely, especially since her parents are posting about her on social media. She's prepubescent for crying out loud.
This.
Bro WTF! This is getting outta control.. respect
Where does this strength come from? It is amazing.
It makes you wonder what the perception of strength really is
Clarence Kennedy can do more.
Freakin ' awesome
11 and on gear!
Proof?
@@thebodybeatdownDiTi stronger than me so therefore...
Little Hercules was on gear at 5, nothing new. Thai weightlifters take gear at 13 from olympic bronze medalist Siripuch Gulnoi.
Are ubthe same as liters club
Excellent
HAM!!!
Growth stunted
Power lifting and jerking 80kilograms💀💀💀
She is amazing
I don't think i could do that in the next few months even if i started training it tomorrow lmao.
Idk if the drugs are this good nowadays or people have some secret base where powerlifters and the like procreate.
you could do this in a month if you have the strength base for it. if you can squat 110, front squat 90 then you could do this very quickly. (this lift is still literally insane for an 11 y/o girl though!)
@@Sol-hm7ol This lift is insane for anyone under 60kgs.
@@jsem94 its good for under 60 but does not compare to being 11 and female and still hitting this lift
Children have much more neuroplasticity and can learn most things at an accelerated rate. Olympic lifting is much more complex than it looks and is very difficult to get good at as an adult
@@Sol-hm7ol that just means it's even more insane for her. it's literally unfathomable inmho
This is starting to piss me off my PC PR is 135. Like tf dude
My money says: She couldn't bench press 50kg on a 60 degree incline.
Insecure. Just say good job 😂
@@Rimmies Post the video.
Bench press is the true test
Daaaamn
Power jerk alone was more impressive
By the time she's old enough to drive she be pushing up four plates, great technique by the way
Yet somehow she won't pick up her room.
There’s no way she’s not on steroids
At what body weight?
Straw weight.
Squat jerk, cool
Power jerk.
This is a power jerk
More of a power jerk
welp, the only way is to start blasting tren
So she bench press the bullies at her school.
Sheesh
Roids😂
Natty or Not?
Great for the young people but longevity is what counts i remember in powerlifting how many guys just disappeared.
This just a regular clean she went nearly to parallel, still very impressive nonetheless.
Looks like a *pow* to me
It was a perfectly caught power clean, what are you talking about
Power clean is generally used to describe cleans that aren’t a full clean.
Nearly to parallel is not a full squat, therefore power clean
You might be a powerlifter if you think thats a regular depth lmao
My conclusion is that her coach/coaches can teach weightlifting 💯
But they are useless when it comes to powerlifting.
Damn I got scared bc I thought it would be like 120kg but nah 80kg is pretty easy
It's really bad for the spine of children. Body weight training is much more suitable for children.
Not if form is optimal. Any studies I’ve read on spinal compression and such point towards it having no effect or improving development. The child has to hav good coaching that doesn’t harp on one rep-maxing all the time tho
@@jkizzle9953 maybe, there just too many contradictory studies out there, better to be a bit careful then sorry.
@@ontisalaga1789 There are more or less no contradictory studies wtf? The literature is pretty much unanimous that resistance training is beneficial for children (reduces injuries, and other health benefits). Correct load management is obviously required with any training.
@@elmosaarelainen9671 yup it is beneficial, only the method and load is debatable.
@@elmosaarelainen9671 I doubt there’s ever been a study where the participants were young children pressing 80kg overhead
Impressive yes... but juiced the f up... these parents should go to prison
