A doctor at the hospital told me to stop taking glutathione because it isn't going to assist with my immune issues. I read a lot before deciding to take it, and it has helped me. I stopped going to hospital for treatment, which also helped. You really are a rare doctor, if only you were available to me. Thank you for your videos.

The vast majority of doctors know absolutely nothing about vitamins and supplements. In some cases, their ignorance combined with arrogance is deadly for patients. As you seem to have discovered, it's best to always do your own research.

I am confused by this video. Sam states that glutathione cannot be absorbed from supplements because the digestive system breaks it down. She states it must be manufactured by the body from amino acids, yet you experienced positive results from supplementation and my daughter's "autistic" condition noticeably improved with it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Researchers at Baylor School of Medicine used a combination of animal and human studies to explore the role of glutathione in weight management and insulin resistance in older individuals. Study findings indicated that low glutathione levels were associated with less fat burning and higher rates of fat storing in the body.👍

As an exercise physiologist I will say there are a few things you can do to increase your glutathione levels. How? Use an infrared sauna for 20 minutes daily. This in turn will decrease toxicity levels which in turn will increase glutathione status. You can also do an IV glutathione push or drip in 500ml solution of sodium chloride of 1g to 3g. Start slow if you do the push or drip to prevent negative detox reactions. Basically anything you can do to detox and improve liver function will in turn increase glutathione status. That's why Milk Thistle works because it focuses on liver health.

Raw milk is generally safer than pasteurized milk; it is generally checked very thoroughly for bacteria. Conventional milk is pasteurized and they call it good. Look into how many cases of food poisoning from milk resulted from raw versus pasteurized.
