And this is why Omega is king. Anybody crazy enough to still be sitting on a Daytona waiting list should do themselves a favour and just get one of these. Just a superior watch 👌
@@doperdr are you just going round every comment fishing? Weird as you took the time to watch the video. I’d just stick to Panerai videos, it’ll make you happier
Amazing episode! I own the Speedmaster 57 with the Sedna Gold bezel, markers, crown, etc with black dial. The lume on the markers is incredible. I love how passionate Gregory K is about his trade. Thank you for talking about the ‘57 series. It’s really a special timepiece.
@@doperdr on the Sandwich part only. There’s just a little bit more to this watch than just that element. The whole of this watch….. Panerai couldn’t and don’t get near in any stretch of the imagination.
Omega are such a good watch brand. Fantastic watches, available, prices not too crazy, amazing range to suit almost every taste, with the best movements money can buy at those price points other than perhaps grand seiko I’m proud to own one These are typically lovely
Love this dial, my only niggle would be that the logo appears to be stamped and not applied, unlike prior 57’ reissues. Which just kind of robs it of that added detail. Otherwise, chefs kiss
I mean the mass keeps on bragging on Rolex.. but I really do see Omega as factual luxury OEM. The might lack on 'exclusivity' (which is in abundance for Rolex to an annoying point) but jeez if they are big on craftmanship - love Omega
This is the reason I love Omega, always coming up with something innovative…the work that goes into this dial is impressive

Completely agree. JUST wish it was 100M resistant to bring it to perfection!
Cant flex on Instagram in your your leased BMW with this watch:-/

@@LogicalNimbusyou can actually swim with a 50m WR Omega tho. Unlike other brands
@@jaymyms well that's more than enough!
This man is not messing around, he has a good presentation and made sure to finish in good time.
Just a gorgeous watch. Well done Omega.
This furthers my appreciation of the techniques used by Omega to create these beautiful watches.
Great followup to your original Vid regarding the '57! Making me crave one of these even more.
Getting this watch next week!! Thanks for the indepth making-of the dial!
A timepiece tells the time, but it gives you the chance to write your story behind it.
🤣🤣🤣 ok.

So cool to see. Cannot imagine the Crown sharing something like this.
Adding a lume-shot at the end would be an icing on the cake :P

The Lieutenant General McUtchen didn’t know about the dot over 90?! 😱 so we are all human after all!
Anyone know if this is the same process with the seamaster 300 dial?
Yes
Omega are fantastic. Lose the date and i would buy this piece
let me guess you commented on a moonwatch video, a date window would come in handy 🤣
I’d love a no date version of this.
