Mid flight Drake: Don't you think shaming this guy this many times is a bit excessive mate? Talion: Nah, fuck im. Later Drake: See, this is why Celebrimbor should have stayed, now i have to be the grown up here. (Mercy kills thunder-bowels)
I had an orc who killed me a bunch of times and i got mad so i left the region and 5 minutes later he travelled all the way fromm nurnen to seregost just to kill me
I remember doing the same to Bruz for what he did. I purposely went after him until he was level 1 and accidentally killed him with poison. Afterwards, the bloody Olog would continuously cheat death and ambush me constantly with the only words ringing into my ears being: "It's your fort, just take the bloody fort" This would go on for an eternity until finally Zog made him an undead where I finally finished him off with a final: "It's your fort!" I'll be honest.. Kinda miss having Bruz as a stalker.
My advise but no guarantees to avoid betrayals. This is MY EXPERIENCE. 1) Don’t level them to your same level. Keep them 2 levels down. 1 is fine but just for reassurance 2 is best. 2) Don’t kill their blood brother. Either recruit (whether useless or not) or shame. If useless, send them to any fighting pit to die. 3) Don’t attack/hit them several/many times when they’re your ally. 4) Give some orders to them to do stuff. Not everyone but just a few or some Captains are enough. 5) Don’t die. At least, not too many times. You may respawn many times over but they’ll see that as weakness. Orks/Orcs follow strength. 6) Don’t let your fellow Captains “Bled Out”. Revive them as much as possible. 7) Try not to let too many of your Captains die. Heavy casualties shows poor leadership & that you don’t care about them. 8) Avoid running away from Captains when fighting. At least, a few or some but don’t do it too many times. They think it’s cowardice rather than it being a tactical retreat. In other words, don’t try to leave the battlefield at least. For example, you can be near the outpost/fortress but don’t go too far after you’ve encountered them. 9) Honor your death threats. Avoiding to kill a Captain that you have a death threat to will be seen as dishonor. Another cowardice act. Meaning don’t take too long to kill him. 10) Shame to help reduce betrayals. Keeps your followers in line & loyal to you. Avoid doing it too much. Do it from time to time.
So I had an Olog captain cheat death. Returning with a deformed faced and stitches around his neck. So apparently these guys can still cheat death after lopping off their head.
jordan Webb yup, i lopped off an ologs head and he came back with it all stiched back so i chopped it off again and he came back again so I had to decap him 3 times for him to stay dead
jordan Webb Yh I called in my bodyguard only for him to instantly betray me I sliced him in half only for him to come back and my new bodyguard kill him for good
I separated with my mighty sword a olog up and down body parts...And he came back like "Hey, fucker, you thought it would be that easy? You have to kill me with a Chinese sword made by a German dwarf born in Canada"
What a good leader you are! You gave him the second chance he asked for, just so you could mentally break him! Tough love, I like it! Also, how bad of a case of IBS does an Olog have to have to be nicknamed Thunder-Bowls?! LOL. 😂
The 2nd orc to betrayed me happened after I finished the game, and within 3 minutes of being dominated. I shamed him and now he begs for death and accuses me of running away from our fights
All captains get converted. All stubborns get killed. All traitors get shamed. And shamed. And shamed. And shamed. And shamed. And shamed. Did I mention shamed?
I have an Olog titled Thunder-bowels, his name is "Ur-Edin", his name is "Ur-Edin Thunder-bowels" which translates to "You're eating Diarrhea". Dude even has a brown smudge on his lips lol
Shadow of mordor was so easy that I couldn't have a nemesis. I branded everyone and killed them. I hope if I get this game I'll actually enjoy it since I found SOM pretty boring due to the difficulty. I wasn't able to experience the nemesis system and grow attached to anyone making it pointless.
SomeRandomViewer I got this game yesterday for my birthday and it's ten times better than SoM. I'm only level 16, so I don't know if it stays like this throughout the whole game, but you will be easily overwhelmed and you can barely fight one captain, and if there are two you have to run.
Why do so many people feel bad about shaming these guys. Gameplay wise it's a strategy. Lore wise it's justice for all the people orcs have slain, enslaved and outright murdered for pleasure.
I have shamed a dude like this a few times, they often die before I'm done because they end up so weak and they gain mortal weaknesses it gets hard not to accidentally kill them or to not let something else kill them
1:00 "I don't suppose you would consider giving me a second chance at this juncture?" "Yeah, okay, that sounds pretty reasonab-" *fucking decks you in the face*
Imagine the Nemesis System went as far as the orcs having "relatable" lives. You could kill a brother, a spouse, a pet, a friend. Basically, Game of Thrones....without the rape.
SO, it's fair for you to kill their blood brother and then torture them until they die because they betrayed you because you killed their blood brother? Oops, a typo. I meant to put a period, not a question mark.
I shamed someone, who wanted to avenge Bruz, so hard that he became deranged and got to lvl 1. I kept trying to recruit him, but he just wouldn't break, so I mercy killed him; if he's not with me, he's against me.
Those that betrayed me have had their minds shattered I would continue the shaming till they were level 1so that when they have lost everything they finally tasted the sweet embrace of death.
I played the game so much and sometimes I feel really bad about shaming them to the point where they can't stand living its cruel, but its by my opinion, feels especially worse when a blood brother is involved
That's too bad. I mean his reason was acceptable. There are some orcs that would betray you just "because it's bored", those are unworthy of death salvation.
I Had A Captain Named Az-Gore The Cursed One On Shadow Of Mordor And I Put Him In Shadow Of War Only To Be Killed By Zog The Eternal He Came Back From The Dead Still He Was Powerful Enough To Kill My ENTIRE Army I Shamed Him And He Kept Saying "Im Sorry I Didn't Want To Betray You Im So Sorry" I Killed Him To Give Him Mercy R.I.P Az-Gore 2015-2018
Kills orcs Blood-Brother gets betrayed proceeds to shame the orc for trying to take his brothers revenge shames again again? again..? bro stop he just tried to avenge his brother
I’ve been trying to shame every enemy/traitor Uruk and Olog down to level 1 to break all of them.I never killing them and Only branding them once they’ve gone crazy and stopped taking

Heeeeeeeerm... drakes arent exactly known for their mercy...

Candy breacker Cat well I mean shaming does have the words worse than death so kinda is;)
Mid flight
Drake: Don't you think shaming this guy this many times is a bit excessive mate?

Lol, sad but true...
Ranger: or how else the audience is gonna pity you and feel bad about you.
Ranger: is that the only thing you care about?
The drake felt sorry for him there, it just had to end it for him.
i think it was more like, well time for me to cook my dinner
Man's all like: "Nah fam I've seen how these videos go. I'm ending this right now."

Honestly shocked there isnt more said on this.
The great earthquake-shitter
I got one named runny bowels once
Poor soul he just tried to avenge his brothers death
Raiden yeah but this is why you get good at the game and not be trash so you don't have to do this unless you know your fucked up
Raiden what are you casual?
@@sunwukong5413 Well if you worked for Talion and he killed your brother you would want revenge too.

iceprinc312 it’s your fort I never wanted the fort
have you tried resurrecting him or his brothers?
if you torture them enough they'll say 'hi i'm bruz... i'm fine'
iceprinc312 I recruited bruz again

Talion is the debt collector.
Ar-Baruk is me.
imagine if after enough shaming, the captain/warchief would take their own life
3:18-3:42 was the coolest shit I've seen in this game. Didn't even let him get a word in.
The 2nd orc to betrayed me happened after I finished the game, and within 3 minutes of being dominated.

this guy just needed to relieve his bowels in peace
I shamed an uruk so much that he turned from a bloodthirsty murderous tank to going full zoidberg.

Commander of Operation Thot Slayer
Really, I was able to kill like three at once.
As a wise man once said
“Your a cruel one gravewalker”
With a name like “Thunder-Bowels” I thought he would take enough shame as it is...
Dragon was tired of traveling with you so he decised to kill the captain so he wont travel anymore.
Why do so many people feel bad about shaming these guys. Gameplay wise it's a strategy. Lore wise it's justice for all the people orcs have slain, enslaved and outright murdered for pleasure.
Always kill a traitor before an enemy, but always shame a traitor to suicidal depression before you kill them.
Does it bring you pleasure to cause me so much pain!? To be brought so low!?
You bet it does!
Wait wait wait, “Thunder Bowels?”
I have shamed a dude like this a few times, they often die before I'm done because they end up so weak and they gain mortal weaknesses it gets hard not to accidentally kill them or to not let something else kill them

Just another reason why you don’t challenge the GraveWalker
He even asked for a second chance 😂
When they started fighting I was wondering what the fuck was happening for about 10 seconds
Took me a sec to understand why he was called thunder bowels
Thunder-bowels is the funniest name I’ve seen now
Drake drew a line in the sand at the end there.
This is how you do it hahaah.
Make them suffer shame upon shame.
well after seeing horrible hentai i felt happy about this
i wonder what he get his *Thunder-Bowels* title for... ☝😂

after that dive all i could hear was Assassino XD
I mean what do you expect from someone named "thunder bowels"? He was either gonna die by your hand or kill him self eventually XD

almost felt bad for that uruk ALMOST
ALEX MASON it a olog
Thunder Bowels eh? Thats what the other orcs actually call you? Alrighty then....
I wasnt expect that ending,i mean i tought you will shame him until he breakdown
Thunder bowels. let that sink in
Imagine the Nemesis System went as far as the orcs having "relatable" lives. You could kill a brother, a spouse, a pet, a friend.

Thunder-bowels? That’s a nice name
Wait wait wait, THUNDER BOWELS?!?!

SO, it's fair for you to kill their blood brother and then torture them until they die because they betrayed you because you killed their blood brother?
Oops, a typo. I meant to put a period, not a question mark.
I would love to see mor elves , dwarve and maybe hobbits in the game.
I do the same thing if my captain betray me I'll shame him sooooo much and I won't even kill him
R.I.P.
I broke Bruz by doing this. Now he is a level 4, can only say one sentence, and works for me at the fortress.

The title and description of this video makes it sound like hardcore porn.
I wish theres a mod that replaces the shame dialog to "urmomgay"
This one time I fought a guy I couldn't shame
I played the game so much and sometimes I feel really bad about shaming them to the point where they can't stand living its cruel, but its by my opinion, feels especially worse when a blood brother is involved
I want to play this but I don't want to at the same time
His name is actually thunder bowels? Jesus
That's too bad. I mean his reason was acceptable. There are some orcs that would betray you just "because it's bored", those are unworthy of death salvation.
