I'm a year late but that's actually the mossy disrespectful thing an Orc can do. Not killing an opponent in battle is saying "you aren't worth the effort to kill" which is why you can shame them as well.

Always find it funny when people think doing this is cruel.. It's not a sentient being, hell its not even alive. A fly literally has more cognitive function than a game NPC (and therefor is 100 times more deserving of your pity, but I'm gonna hazard a guess that most people dont even think twice about swatting a fly, neither do I).
Second of all its a goddamn Orc. Within the LOTR universe they do not hesitate to kill, maim and eat any human, elf or otherwise civilized race, they literally live for it. So why would you, even if it were a living being (which its not) care about what happens to it?

Because Minas Morgul is still presented as the Witch King's Fortress in the Lord of the Rings books, it would create canonical problems if they changed it in this game.

I shamed an uruk until shaming him began leveling him up and he became an unstoppable manhunter searching for me all hours of the day and night. His power was immeasurable, and he could've reached out of my PC Monitor to choke me to death.

@@juliuscaesar810 I think he reached level 60 or 70 when I was 50. So at least 10-20 levels ahead of me.
He hunted me down constantly and would insta-down me, then get significantly stronger.
Then I'd hunt him, and the same would happen. I tried to bring him down enough so that I could add him to my ranks, but he'd always rebound and take me down again, perpetuating the cycle until I gave up and ended him once and for all.
