"Help us live the lives we portray on Instagram" 😂😂😂
Do people our age actually use Instagram? ...
@@allykayyy2683No. At least, I don't.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hahahaha
Help us--help us--help us!..
the older man is a really good actor!!
And GORGEOUS. I almost missed the humor in the video for how cute he is.
Andrea Polk bet , he took it so seriously
Toatz, famo!!! Lol he was the shit!
He is what makes this so good.
HEEEEYYY GIIIRRRLLLL LOL HopeCity in the house lol
How in the world was this done with straight faces?! I appreciate the self-control. hahahaha
Don't kid around. This is serious stuff, verified by BuzzFeed.
I appreciate it too!😂
Probably too 200+ shots
Exactly the point. When a generation grows up... then asks a few questions, turns out people have been asking some pretty dumb questions over the past few decades.
My question exactly! ha ha
I didn't realize the magnitude of the problem till I looked into the eyes and saw that dead "nothing is happening up here kind of thing". 😂🤣
W R LOL I died here xD
Reminds me of that Onion piece about teenagers
Lol
o wow o wow i wanna like this so bad to get it to 1k but my finger won’t let me
I LIKED IT AH yw
Who's the older guy?!! His acting was "on point" perfect for this bit!!!!😂
I KNOW it was kinda scary. His acting was so REAL acting as a guy who's supposed to be an actor trying to act real but acting FAKE. XD (what?)
Evie Salas He’s also in the Tripp and Tyler videos. He’s awesome!
Spot on!!
Dede T I knew I saw him somewhere!!

Gabriel Gonzalez that will lst about long enough for overdose rates to skyrocket
Ill stop working so hard to get that free 12 grand and that is one of many reasons why yang is fucked in the head
Sarah Lee lol
I feel attacked lol
The "sponsor" is actually hilarious, his deadpan delivery & tone conveying genuine concern had me in tears 😂😂😂
I NEED to know if this is really his Dad!!!
"Kids in Africa are getting typhoid. Declan was recently diagnosed.... with tennis elbow."
I lost it, completely lost it at that point 😭😭😂😂😂
Sadly I wAs also diagnosed with tennis elbow. It’s very liveable and treatable
What did his lazy ass do to get it? Actual tennis? 🤣 that's like carpol tunnel, you get it from repetitive tasks. I got carpol tunnel from working 7 days a week cleaning hotel rooms for a few months and guess what? I'm a millennial. I still work about a 40 hour. I didn’t even quit working for the pandemic...I don’t understand, my generation. This video is hilarious 😂

I can't believe some of the commentators don't see this as satire. They actually believe it. We're in serious trouble.
I know, lol.
Frank, they were bought up after the following left the airwaves and were replaced with reality TV, 'talent' shows and, uhm nothing else. You and I were blessed with intelligent, sharp, genuine content such as:
(Most of the comedy shows below is British.)
The Outer Limits & The Twilight Zone (My favourite TV of all time)
The Two Ronnies
Morecombe & Wise
Not The 9 O'Clock News
Benny Hill
Blue Peter (original creative one, not the trendy one)
The Good Life
The Fall & Rise of Reginald Perrin
And of course, drum roll...
Monty Python

how insensitive - there's NO mention of tattoo and piercing budget.
You are as funny as the video! Great comment.
Nice one Tricia...LMAO AGAIN!!!
Haha!
Ok I'm going to step in here... I love tats and piercings... and I'm an extremely hard working millennial who worked exceedingly hard to get into a well-established and highly regarded college. I have no social media. I don't go out and party. And I don't pride myself on spending unnatural amounts of money.
Also I haven't gone through college, but I do currently work 9-5 Monday-Friday so I don't laze off my parents either.
"i'd have to get a job or even worse a go fund me" great video!

Yo! That is so true. SNL totally sucks now 🤷🏽♀️. I would love to see him and KevOnStage collaborate tho.
Snl, with all their writers, can't seem to write about what the average person thinks. They write for the elites.
I think there are actually people in the comments who think this is for real.
baaaaad....i need a sponsor lol
in some ways, it is real...
dang
It isn't but you can sponsor a quickly aging Gen-X'er 3 1/2 yrs from 50th birthday by sending me $25/month :Hey even know 1990's emoticons. :} :-> :=]
1.2K must have and were offended because they downvoted it! They can't take a joke!
I appreciate the satire of John Crist and think this is hysterical. While I am the parent of two hard working millennials that don't fit this sterotype, I can appreciate the humor. Well done John Crist. Keep the laughs coming.
How did you do it? I was literally threatening to send my millennial to the military today. Told him he needed to get his ass back in school and stop doing nothing. He literally sent me a text a couple of weeks ago saying how he wanted "compensation" for the work he does around the house. I thought my head would explode!!!
I have three degrees for god's sake and have been raising three children as a single mom for the majority of their lives. Its so astonishingly a slap in face that I can't comprehend it. I never did participation trophy nonsense. I punished them justly when they were children. I modeled good work ethic and morality. We have a home church. This boy is super smart, good looking and talented. He played the violin in high school and was in the top orchestra. He had a full ride to college because of his academic prowess and lost it after two semesters there. No drugs, no drinking, no girls. It's heartbreaking and mind blowing.
You don't need to answer. This video just hit home today. My son doesn't act like any of the millennials in the video, but is still a millennial w/out a job living in my house!
Im a millennial that went into the military because I was wasting away. At some point you have to recognize that you need to grow up. No one owes you anything in this life and the sooner you realize that the better.
@@Kattywagon29 Kick him out. Tough love. You have spoiled him, this is on you to fix the entitlement.
@@sergeantchick2820 Time has passed and he's back in school full time and has a part time job now. Things are alright for now, but I have my eye on him.
@Kattywagon29 I don’t know your son’s life, but I want to say there’s usually a rational reason for a person’s choices. For one thing, from childhood and school where you’re constantly graded and rewarded for intelligence, talent, and effort, it’s very hard to transition into adult life which is competitive and unpredictable. They say school prepares you for life, and if you get good grades you’ll be successful, but in the end grades don’t pay rent. What they didn’t teach millennials in school is that you have to try again and again until you get your chance. It takes a while to figure that out and build up resilience.
4 yrs later and this is still the best video on UA-cam. Nailed it!
I can't stop laughing. I kept waiting for one of them to blurt out, "I'm vegan." This was brilliant!

Being a millennial myself, this is hilarious. Unfortunately there are legitimately people out there like this being portrayed and it's disturbing. I've got a full time 40 hour job and own and run 2 of my own businesses on the side. There's no excuse but entitlement and laziness. Work hard, Praise God, and Live a Great Life! God Bless Everybody!
No. Don't do that to yourself. Just breathe! Kortland. No!!!! Breathe and hike
Noone should have to work that much. No time for family or friends either. I don't wish to waste my life for someone else's life to be better. Ancient man worked the land and modern man works the human.
Amen. You don't work you don't eat. Appreciate a hard working person. When things get hard so many truly and sincerely crash. Find the balance but people were meant to be productive
Luckily we have god to thank for everything. Coronavirus, Russian invasions, diseased countries, famine, and millennials with no self-control.

Most of them live in California.

+Damian McCue or damn bathroom laws. LOL
It's the Left Coast.
If what you are saying is true I would think California would be Americas poorest state.
I like the video, very funny; but who brought up this generation to act like this? Answer: Many parents from the previous generation who never explained to their children how they got to where they were at. They gave their children money instead of their time.
BINGO
@@MikeyPaper It always irritated me when I'd hear people saying I want my kids to have it easier than I did. The result MILLENNIALS. They failed to realize that their struggles is what made them hard working people of good Christian charactor.
I think that's an over simplification. A whole lot of factors are working together to make the job of parents who want to instill those values in their kids very difficult and sometimes pretty much impossible. Our welfare systems whilst in part good from a compassionate level (but not always) blunten the message of the consequences of a lack of effort. Our schools and universities are so heavily influenced by rights based rather than responsibility based ideology that the parents voice stands isolated again the the other authority figures in children's lives. Our family law system which rewards custody and can base any role in a child's life on how popular are with a child rewards pandering parenting and punishes parenting that tries to teach important but not always popular lessons. Yes a lot of it is parents who don't do their job but the "village" has a big role in this as well and to often ducks it's share of responsibility.
Bingo!! Like T.D. Jakes said. People are complaining about this generation like they aren't the ones who raised them. It's true!
Agree, but now it's time to GROW UP, get a helmet and get a fu*king job, and stop being the LAZIEST generation in human history.

Eadlyn June same....every millennial I know which are all my peers have multiple jobs. But this was still funny!!
@@AbsFabbs True
Yeah, I don't don't know a single millennial, and I know a lot, who fit into this stereotype. Most of them work several jobs, still don't get benefits, and are still scraping by, even though they've cut out things like, I dunno, life sustaining medication.
I get the impression that this form of satire is geared towards people who have reasons to subvert millennial opinions as invalid, though.
That's because it's a stereotype and most people age 25-45 don't fit into the stereotype. That's the joke
No Spotify Premium for a lot of millennials out there!? That is indeed a sad issue.
