As a suggestion for the bathroom: the ceiling would be FAB in a (pale/soft) green. It would match the plants, the wood and stone details AND your wedding picture!!

I love this long version ! I like it because it feels more chill/calm, like I can take a 15min break from studying and watch it. I still love the reels but I feel like they are more dynamic since they're shorter

Resident plant lady here; you may need some plant lights to keep some of your plants happy! There are some clip-on ones and plenty hanging ones that you can add so that they can be that far (like the one in the corner) and still thrive!
I use the clip on ones for my aquarium plants 💕 I love the different colours of light

@SB-vp5km depends on the plant and its needs. Each one is different! Start without it, and if you feel like it isn't growing very well, then you can get a light. They vary in strength, so you can always just get something that is a little help. Ultimately, you want to try and imitate the plants' natural habit to a degree for it be in its best growing conditions, but if not, you do your best to give it what you can!
Your house is like stepping inside a technicolor dream. What a wonderful place for not only an adult to live in but a child to grow up in. You guys are beautiful.
as a response for camilla's question : i'm french, and in france its also normal to borrow loads of money to the bank to buy your house, my parents bought the house 13 years ago and they aren't done yet !

Try a tall planter for the pot near the bathtub.... It will provided powerful vertical lines near the shower that will pair nicely with the bathtub roundness

As someone from a tropical country i find it really funny how excited you guys are about a plant shop. I literally just get my plants from the street and grow them hehehe
So glad you're making long form content with the renevation. I hate how shorts make you mindlessly scroll, but I dont want to miss out on a few creators (including you). Now more people who originally did shorts are also trying out longer videos I can also leave the shorts behind!!!

I'm so impressed with your ability to do ANYTHING with a newborn! I always felt like I had to be on constant mom duty, but I also have to work full time outside of the house so maybe that's why I feel like I can't do anything inside the house. Either way, she's almost two now and I tried to put together a new cabinet and I don't know why but I was STRESSED with her constant need to be involved. I never want to push her away and always want to include her, but I can't lift a cabinet onto the wall and use a power drill when she's pulling at my legs. 😅 We're a work in progress, thank you for the inspiration!
Just a suggestion, y'all should look into putting in a car starter in your vehicle, it's a life changer you can warm up the car without leaving your house and it stays locked.. 🤷 We live in Minnesota so it's a must here 👍

I loved the video ❤️❤️ My recommendationy as plantmama, is to repot them to terracota pots if you want to keep the longecity od the plants 🫶🏻 (sometimes they even have a mesh around the roots to look a certain way for certain period of time)

I think the doorframe in the bedroom would look better as white instead of pink. Pink makes it blend in with the wall, but i think white would match the other trims and give it a good pop! ❤❤❤
