This house in south west London would cost around 5 million pounds it’s crazy
Do more tours in Wimbledon area!
Great suggestion, we'll look into going to Wimbledon and try and film some tours there :)
@@TheLuxuryHomeShow yes plz do! I would love that!
Come to Glasgow?
This would cost far more than that in London
@@TheLuxuryHomeShow try and find the most house for the money
I find the UK house prices are crazy high but this is good value and that garden is huge. The decor is quite plain but then the owner can put their own stamp on it. I like your commentary - it's very genuine and honest.
I would live here! This house is worth the price and for that garden, I’d pay that price!
Wow! This house is amazing!! Double garage , huge gated drive ,spacious rooms, unreal garden and neutrally decorated ! Great value for money
You can get more than this for even less than $200k in America. This is definitely too basic. And what is with european people with having White walls and white flat kitchens and bathrooms? its so dang boring.
@@izack5596 where abouts in America are you on about?
@@izack5596 I’d rather have white walls than ugly brown and mustard coloured walls and cabinets . Just my opinion.
'London' is an emotion..however small the houses are i would never leave London - one of the greatest cities of the planet. Big space alone cannot buy you happiness!
Is it really ? Like it’s a nice city but it’s decent I live in London but I do prefer driving without a huge cost and love big houses and not so busy places. Although if it was a place like New York maybe
@@donnervaix1436 its was your choice to stay in london and none prevented you from moving to a different city
@@donnervaix1436pls plan soon as you don't seem to like london
@@donnervaix1436 you shouldn't joke on others 'emotion' unless you disregard sensitivity
@@donnervaix1436 same to you mate
8:22 "It needs some love" - You can drop a 25m pool in that garden and it wont look out of place, this is probably one of the best value for money properties you have reviewed.
I don't know why every time Summer says 'upgrades available' I laugh. I find it funny for some reason.
I have 'been' to Shropshire so many times via 'Escale to the country'. Usually people tend to but older more country style houses for other reasons. This was a nice video. I was about to say that it is a lot, but then I realised that it seemed to be worth it. It is absolutely lovely, great area too.
Absolutely loving the way you’re both sharing more of yourselves on this channel and the editing etc. Onwards and upwards. Oooooh, and I REALLY HOPE that I get to bump into you both sometime this year 🤗🤗
Thanks Ruth, really appreciate that! :)
Come and do Wiltshire! Salisbury in particular. It’s one of those areas where the price range can change dramatically within a few miles. I also live here and am hoping to move this year so find me a home!! 🤣🤣
I also thought that might be a good series for you guys. Either see if you can collab with other you tubers who are moving or help people find their dream home? The new Phil and Kirsty of UA-cam!! 😃
Think it's great seeing this range of homes you show in the range of locations, really like seeing this contrast of prices across the UK!
Better value for money than London and it's not even close 😂
Great house tour Summer and Matt. Great to also see your sense of humour whilst touring the properties.
Technical glitches are part of real life, so good on you for managing them and taking them in your stride.
Be great to see 3 to 4 bed house tour in Cheshunt/Hertfordshire area. Thank you for your Channel.
There are a lot of new builds in the Milton Keynes area. It would be good to see those!
I show my parents you videos all the time as they love looking at different houses, as do I :)
Just like to say first how enjoyable and how relaxed you guys seem to be, a joy to see younger people working well together. If you can could we see more builds down in East Sussex.
I normally don’t subscribe to these types of channels but I love yours so I had to!!! Even post notifications are on!!! Love yours videos keep it up🙂🙂 I particularly like new builts that are already have furniture in them that gives us an idea of how things could be put out but I love all types ☺️
Love love love this u guys are constantly improving, loved the natural conversation in this
Ah thank you really appreciate that :)
This so far ticks all my boxes. It's spacious and that garden in the UK👏👏👏
For a person looking for a family 4bed, this would be my absolute go to. The drive way. Oooohhh let me stop here. So far love love this. Keep it coming. Love new built
I came across you guys channel and I have to say you are both a breathe of fresh air 😇 I had to subscribe. You both make a difference to UA-cam.
Thank you! Welcome to our channel:)
Great video :). I’d love more tours around the west midlands! I love slightly older properties the most (anything built between about 1800-1900) but I also really enjoy seeing the new builds in different areas and being able to compare value for money. Thanks guys!
Thank you!
Tour a house in 35 Sperling Road, Tottenham, N17 6UQ
Amazing house! Great parking & back garden. Love a new build ❤️
There is a new development in Hempstead, Kent of only 4 and 5 bedroom detached houses, it is small but looks really nice.
The external view of the property is very attractive & love the electric gate. Would probably switch up some of the grass for plants & flowers tho.
Would love to see more house tours in Rugby and Warwickshire. Enjoying the mixture of new builds and older houses ☺️
Sounds good, we'll get some more tours booked in Warwickshire :)
Love ur presentation skills and i like the facf that you upload a new property every day
Thank you!
Pretty house with a good sized front and back garden, they do need to have some British hedging laid to the front and back. I do like the size of the house and the fact that there are separate rooms as well as the kitchen dining and nook. Happy New Year to you both.
The 'I don't know' was so funny! Great video as always!
I love how they used the space in this house definitely good value for money
wow this house is beautiful - I love seeing new builds and modern interior
That kitchen is gorgeous! And the bedrooms are a good size! I love the smaller developments, makes them more special.
Would love to carry on seeing more new builds!
Please do more tours around North West London! Love your channel
I live in London and my house is half that size yet is probably worth the same. That driveway is a showstopper though. I'd be tempted to build an outhouse on there given the amount of space available!
Brilliant video mate yours and summers voices are so soothing
It's really helpful that you showed us where on the map you guys are. You guys should do that in all your videos.
Beautiful home!! Great value still in awe of the garden
new builds are my fav xx
Love the kitchen. Garden and the view & drive way. Love the bathroom. Most of the house have more upstairs than down stairs where most of you waking days are. Buckinghamshire please x
This is definitely the perfect house for me and my family.. love it'📌
The garden is wonderful.
Love the vibe and editing of this video!
Thanks!
Oh I Really love the lavender color and interior design of this home better than first one I saw
Yessss! love this video I am from Telford myself so love looking round properties within this area and they are so much cheaper and you get so much more for your money compared to the London area! Next time you are in the area go to Sheriffhales there are so many mansions for around 1.5mil over there and they are massive!!
Thanks for the suggestion!
Much better video .... I think this developer has put a little bit more thought into his property than other million dollar developers .... like the choice of development with smaller count of houses .....good job 👏
I’m new to your channel and I’ve just binged a load of your videos; I absolutely love them.
This house is a dream. It’s a shame you won’t get this value for money in London.
Please do some more new build house viewings in the London area and under £500K
Wonderful video, I would personally love to see more videos of such houses in the west Midlands that are about 300k if possible so essentially more affordable
I'm not usually a fan of new builds, but I like this one! 👌
Come back to Cheshire and look at some of the house and include Hale, Bowdon etc..keep up the good work👌
Its really nice and minimalistic!
Really nice house with so much outdoor space. The doors are really cute. The utility wall in the kitchen is well done. That is how it should be instead of those 4 ovens and half fridge. Very good storage space throughout the house. Thank god for no carpet in the toilets.
How about doing tours of new under million properties near around London.
The family bathroom is amazing.
would love to see more tours in South/West London!!
Fabulous house for the money. Quality finish and appliances too!
loving all these new build tours! would be interested to see new builds that are eligible for the gov's new help to buy scheme active atm where you only need a 5% deposit. potentially in surrey with a price of around 250k. Happy New Year! x
You guys are so help full
Love this constant uploading!!
More to come!:)
I would definitely buy this house!
Huge fan btw
Very nice 👌
I too prefer separate reception rooms - don't like all open plan
This house is soo amazing actually it has big garden also ♥️
The MJ Moonwalk clip literally made wine come out of my nose! :'D
you should do north wales houses here very big for good prices
Oooh yes, YES. North Wales 🏴 is my 2nd home. Do one in the country and one by the sea 🌊 (beach & harbour) plz
That is massive!!!!!!
The bedroom and reception rooms can be bigger as there is a lot of space and there is also space on the 1 floor for stairs on to the loft and you can make bedroom 5. And also you should tour older property as there were built for larger families and have massive garden but have street parking only.
Absolutely loving the content and consistancy!
Thank you! :)
It would be cool if you could look at some new build flats / apartments
Love this house .I love watching your videos.
I would love to see some property tours in London including outer London e.g enfield, Bexley, Kingston
When I watch these tours I always think, so where do you store the vacuum, ironing board, broom and mop? New houses don’t seem to have a linen cupboard either. At least this one had a half decent utility room.
Fantastic house! I'd expect this to be at least £850,000+ in the Devonshire region
I'd like to see some houses at roughly the £200,000 to £250,000 as it would be more reasonable for the majority
Even though i dont live in UK but I really liked the house the garden area & and the overall layout of house is good, plus that huge parking area. 👍
Lovely house! Great price!
Awesome! My home town. Great value for money property in my opinion.
Great house, its better when there's future, but great job I love ur vids
Love the ending🎉😂😂😂😂
love this
Wow the value for this is amazing!!! would be nearer a mil in the south.
Hi guys, I’ve just started watching your videos last couple of weeks. Find them really nice and is helping me with my current renovation project. Only thing is I find your audio really low, literally everything (Bluetooth & device) are on maximum but I can still hardly hear you. Something to maybe look into. Enjoying the videos, would love to see large properties with downstairs wooden floors. I’m favouring large tiles marble effect but my builder is trying to convince me to use wooden floors, either way we are having underfloor heating, but would like to compare in a finished property tour.
Also would love to see control rooms more: mega flow/boiler rooms, data rooms, underfloor heating controls
Thanks so much
Please do more house tours in the Cheshire area new builds and a mixture of prices. love your videos 👏🏽
Thanks Vilma, we'll definitely head up to Cheshire soon
This house is beautiful!!!!
Great value, can scape a three hole golf ⛳ course in the back garden easy. would like to see more new builds, I love this property 😍
I like it. certainly better than the £2m richmond london new build. You could get 3 of this house, that's actually crazy
That's a big garden in Texas too!
Around Manchester please ! Really love your channel
Really lovely house! If that was in London you would need a couple of million and the large garden would bump up the price 😂😂. Would love to see period houses with fireplaces in Milton Keynes and the villages around there. Love your channel 💕
It's awesome and those bay windows are amazing. £550.000 in teesside in my humble opinion
Morris Homes have a very good reputation locally. Looks like a perfect family home.
Would love to see another graded property 🤍
Great improvisation
I would like to see some House tours in hull. Wonder how expensive hulls houses are compared to other areas
Would love to see some cheshire homes- relatively affordable but not small if possible!
Love this property
Would absolutely love you to do a property tour in Glasgow or somewhere in Scotland. I'd also like to see more of your investment properties/journey. Been subscribed pretty much from the start 😁
We’ll see if we can do some Scotland tours as the restrictions are reduced! New property investment vlog going live tomorrow 🏠 Thanks for your support from the start 🙏🏼
I like thoses bottom window.
I’d rather live on a smaller development! Big developments feel impersonal. Would love to see London and Home Counties property tours and like a mix of new builds and other houses, flats and apartments too and all price points luxury and affordable xx
Coming from America where open plan living (kitchen, dining, living room) is worth big money I was kind of shocked when summer said she liked all the separate living spaces. It’s basically out of date in America. Only older homes are so separated anymore ( at least around me).
Those brown carpets everywhere are delightful and *so* practical, especially next to the front door. Any sensible buyer will replace those downstairs so the developer is just being cheap.
Good price for this kind of buildings and environment, I like it!
New build tours in Leeds? Good job to both of you!
It would be good to see properties in developing areas.
