Don't know if it's too late but you should look into insulation under new floorboards if you can,so much heat loss .Wish someone told me back in the day 😊
I love that you cared about exposing brick on the exterior, actually having a garden (so many people just create a car park where I live. I also like that you put in the coving and ceiling roses. I'm interested in how that bathroom turns out. I much prefer the house to the flat, but wonder is it South, North, West or East?
People don’t realise it adds so much value to your house, but aside from that it’s just so much nicer to look at! 😂 thank you, and east 🫶🏻

Why are you going to your energy supplier for a boiler? Would you not find a local boiler engineer? Did you insulate the floor when replacing the floorboards? It's a perfect opportunity.
The exterior is looking so much better, but I have to say that I wouldn't consider a rendered exterior because of the expense of removal and remediation. Looking forward to seeing it finished.
Such a valid view, we actually only paid around £3000 to get it removed, so for us it was well worth the cost. I know some companies charge way over that but you just have to keep getting quotes!

AHHHH HELLO fellow Victorian House owner! We bought a 1900 2 bed Victorian Terrace in Bristol that we are renovating too! You guys have done SUCH a great job, how long has that taken you so far? We are almost at the 2 year mark, we have so much left to do!!

Check floorboards joists etc for woodworm or you, your bath and bathwater will go through it to downstairs
