I honestly look forward to these videos EVERY single day!!
Same
That’s why everyone should subcribe😂😂❤️❤️any way love these vids

Usually love centre stairs, but in the particular house the downstairs stairs would be better off if they were pushed against the right hand side of the wall, so in that way you would have alot more ground floor space, an not looking overwhelmed.
Also i would prefer carpets in the living area/office room rather than the same tiles all around the ground floor.
Thank you Matt & Summers.
Am I the only one who is addicted to their vids, I feel like it teaches me a lot about houses and it's just very entertaining and engaging in general, i always image me and my family in these houses cause they are so pretty, and can we appreciate how like smooth the camera is at turning around and stuff, but they could just be very could at handling cameras. You guys are definitely my favourite youtubers
Never seen an L shaped island. But I think it looks really nice and adds character to the kitchen.
It’s certainly spacious & reasonably well laid out but the interior is very standard for the price, that high gloss finish kitchen & the bathrooms with close coupled WC’s & standard fittings are what I’d expect in a 500k new build. I’d want a bit more quality to the interior to compensate for the limited outside space & how overlooked it is.
@@markohenry5891 yes, the standard is ‘high’ if you are used to UK’s most finest’s new builds with mould. This property isn’t worth that much money. It isn’t spacious at that price.
Agree that so many new builds just don't sing 'Wow' compared with new builds youmight find in the US, Spain, Australia etc at this price point. It's mainly a profit making excercise.
@@markohenry5891 Agreed, it's just a shame that some businesses adopt mediocracy and see profit as the driving factor.
@@markohenry5891 I know many business people involved in property that do not adopt a 'do as little as possible approach'. They would rather gain a great reputation for quality than making as much money as possible.
@@markohenry5891 It would be, but it seems that it includes the whole area - right from the ‘fancy’ electric gate. I mean, the designs and utility are really at a poor level in the UK when compared with other countries. Good luck with their mouldy new builds.
Love that u kept in when Matt didn't walk into the main living area. Makes it seem raw and it was funny. If I lived in that house I would do the same thing. I 😂😂
Nice home, but why o why did the developers fit those shiny floor tiles everywhere downstairs!😩
Agree..they look tacky
And the magnolia on nearly all walls 🤮
@@ecstasx if I had 1.6m I would buy land and design a house custom made for me...
@@ecstasx It’s UK‘s most favourite colour. How come you don’t know that? Haha
Agree. Terrible choice and an injury waiting to happen.
I’d say it’s nice. But the ceilings are too low for the room depths.
Agreed. Ground floor should have at least high ceiling, that's why Victorian/Edwardian and Georgian era houses are my favourite builds.
Mate these are English houses we’re looking at.... An English cottage has ceilings about 3 foot 4 inches.... this is a good size for an English house
@@94981745 yeah... no.
@@ExpeditiousTraveller have you been in many English cottages 150+ years old? I grew up in an english cottage built in the 18 hundreds and I kept hitting my head on the wooden beams and my family’s best friends lived in a cottage built in the 16 hundreds and it was like living in Frodo Baggin’s home....
@@94981745 cool story. Most houses in the UK aren’t 18th century cottages.
The highlight of my days is mainly watching your guy’s channel 💕
1.6 million and your over looked.. Great video guys keep up the good work 💥
This one is definitely better.
Is it even a competition considering the interior space of each room?
I just randomly come onto yt and I see this, yes I’m early
Edit: The kitchen is the best kitchen I’ve seen so far in your videos!
I absolutely love this property. It’s my favourite. The L shaped island with the oven ❤️❤️❤️this is my dream home. You guys are doing such a great job. 😘😘
I look forward to these everynight! Appreciate the time and effort you put into them
2 videos in 24 hours, you guys are spoiling us.
I love centre staircases, but I think that that in this particular house, it felt a bit overwhelming if that made sense. Because you had a bit of a gap between for the stairs then the ceiling and it seemed a bit much for me.
I don’t like it because it’s wastes space on either side. If the stairs is against one side then you can have more space and even under stair cupboards. Having said all this centre stairs or staircase eon either side make it feel like I’m in a mission 😂
So far, I love Tim it is bright but has a lovely amount of natural lighting. Love the sizes of the room and kitchen.
Another interesting house tour Matt & Summer. Loving these daily uploads 🙏 the “walking through a cupboard to WC” is a cloakroom! I like it 👌great for families coats, boots, shoes etc
Love the spacious rooms in this property, en-suites are particularly spacious. L shaped island also impressive. I’d have preferred wooden floors, the marble effect makes the rooms appear cold and echo’y.
I wish you can show houses like these in Scotland as well
When the utility room is slightly smaller than your kitchen 😂😂😂.
Get these guys to 100k ASAP 👏🏼👍🏼
Love these videos....like a little nightcap before getting ready for bed! 🥰
But awwww guys....missing the floor plan on this one 😲
I pray who ever sees this be successful in life 💖❤️
Loving the stairs in the middle.
1.6m, I don’t think so. There is no real dressing room in the principal bedroom. I really don’t understand why people put ovens under the counter. Who wants to lift something hot and heavy from low down. Much better if the higher. Also the baths look small.
I agree, it is a nice house but not $1.6m nice
yeah i thought so too but its probably in a rich area
yes, the standard is ‘high’ if you are used to UK’s most finest’s new builds with mould. This property isn’t worth that much money. It isn’t spacious at that price.
@@96nai It's not $ but £
@@zotoda to be honest, I don’t know of many “rich areas” within Milton Keynes. It’s a pretty middle-class area having lived here my whole life, 1.6 million is defo pushing it
A daily dose of house tours 😂
Gosh! What a beautiful house!!! The only single thing I would change is the door into the main living room, because the hallway is huge, it could well afford the space to make the double door into a pocket door where the doors slide into the walls which would make the space behind the door now much more functional instead of just dead space if you know what I mean... Thank you Summer and Matt, job well done, I would choose this house over the other one just because of the sizes of the rooms 😃
This one is definitely better than the previous one . And I liked how every en-suites had both bath and shower .
Hey guys, when are you touring mansions around Manchester/West Midlands
Calm down they will do it soon they are posting every day
Are these the only questions you ask??
@@ToBeOrNotToBeThatIsTheQuestion does it matter??
@@Antooo619 Good question. Does it?
Gorgeous home I love the staircase in the centre looks more like a mansion that way. Love it.
Are the bi-folding doors at the back? These new builds with the finish are soooooo sweet. Great video 👍
Horribly overpriced! When this was built it was on for about £1.25m- how does it go to £1.65m? A shared driveway, some rooms not that big, no games room, pool, gym, a modest at nest garden, overlooked, backing onto a housing estate, a busy little road- who would pay £1.65m for that?
Litterally! One of my houses are 1.7 m and we have 7 bedrooms all with onsuites and walk in wardrobes, a pool a games room a cinema and an indoor football pitch!! x
@@markohenry5891 London
@@markohenry5891 what baha, I mean I have a villa in the Maldives if that helps?
Milton Keynes and areas in the South of England are generally more expensive places in the north etc... Give better value for money
What do you mean!! It’s a big house and it’s only £1.65m and it’s enormous and it has loads of rooms!! It would properly be £6.50m somewhere else
Love this one more as it is more spacious. Kitchen is a dream!! 💜💜
Milton Keynes...my home town😌
A shithole really
@@Iskandarthepanda and full of chavs, only good for shopping.

Even though this house is supposed to be bigger I still like the other one!
Always look forward to videos xx
I watch these videos to give me motivation to keep pursuing my UA-cam career so thank you for posting these videos
I prefer this house by far!! I love centre staircases and I definitely prefer bigger bedrooms
Nice house, never been keen on the glossy floors... especially in every room downstairs, I don’t know if you’ve ever dropped a phone on a floor like that, but they rarely survive, as well as the fact that your mug is also more likely to break. Absolutely love the master bedroom!
I live around the corner from these! It’s nice to see what they look like on the inside!
Absolutely love this house
I really liked the integral garage in yesterday’s video! Its so nice just getting in your car in the winter mornings not having to go outside or scrape the car windows for ice.
My favourite was definitely the SOUTH LONDON TECH HOUSE!
Your videos are one of the best parts of my day😅
Look forward to these videos everyday! I definitely would pay a little extra for less rooms but more space! Love the new builds! Please try some houses around Hertfordshire! Thank you! Stay safe guys and keep the daily videos!!!! Xxx
I would except a much bigger garden for the price! And you could get one spending less!
Such a beautiful home! The ceilings upstairs could be a little higher(they appear low in the video)There should also have more separation from the house next door for privacy. Thanks for sharing with us.
Start my day by watching a new video on Theo channel! Thanks a ton Matt and Summer!
Kian let’s go can’t wait to have these houses when we’re older
These are where we will live
@@kiannicholson4245 yes!
1:08 thats the size of my main living room 😂in that house its just the study!
This house is amazing my family would be happy with all this space.. to chill out in.. we like Ur channel
Wow, just wow. I love them both - just need to decide which one fits in with my budget. Hmmm.
Would love to see some houses in rural Lincolnshire! There are some lovely villages
Hey guys! Love your channel. I was just wondering if you'd consider visiting Wales as well since you've mentioned in a video that you'd try to show the whole UK (well you don't necessarily have to), so I was just wondering. Stay safe guys!
Would love to see more affordable houses for first time buyers. Loving all the videos though
Although the two front windows on the left aren’t central (I’m picky like that) I much prefer this in comparison to the first! Especially the full length living room!
This kitchen is insane 🔥🔥
I feel like the centre staircase area really takes up so much space with the staircase itself being too narrow, and in this property wood doesnt feel like the right material to go with the more modern metal and glass, also the carpet doesnt work with it in my opinion. I bet you have about 500 sq ft of space wasted by the staircase rooms
Definitely prefer this house over yesterday's!
Guys we want to see inside the garages too! We’re car nuts!
The garden is a lovely size.
Those upstairs room have so little light. Love the flooring in the kitchen
What’s the excuse for this house being so overly inflated expensive ? It’s not even in London... I think ideally the selling price should be around 600K
Another tour its defo worth the money 💰 nice tour guys
You guys produce some great content . Keep it rolling 👌
heya, great video as always, i hope all well and safe. keep warm outside matt with a jacket lol
Obsessed with this channel
I think prefer this one out of the two. The fixtures and fittings are a little basic for my liking. With the price and size of the property it comes across as a little bit tacky, i.e the baths look so cheap, magnolia walls, the dated tiling in the downstairs WC, all mirror sliding wardrobes. I think a bit more character could have been achieved easily without all the glossy units and tiles downstairs
Hi guys i love this house and even though it is a 5 bedroom I like that it has big master bedroom love your videos xx
The house has an amazing finish throughout.
I love 💕 love 💕 love 💕 cantered stair cases!
New subscriber here whoop whoop! You two rock. I loved watching these two MK properties, I prefer the other house only because it's cheaper 🤷🏾♀️. Please do more properties in MK as we're thinking of moving there from London. Looking forward to your next video.
I prefer this house to yesterday's. I like central staircases, we ourselves have a massive hall, double height with a big curving central staircase. It's great especially at Christmas.
Please could you do a tour on a new build suitable to first time buyers, currently on the market! Living in the north west x
Could you do some tours in Birmingham? Great Work!!!
Hi guys, this house appears nicer possibly because it is bigger but i cannot help but feel that the builder got a special on the baths and built in wardrobes in both houses as they are a very old style for a new build house
Another great tour guys well done. Two videos in 24 hours, wow! Keep them coming.
Nice place and yes larger than next door. But not £300k better in my opinion. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you for your efforts.
I think the mirrored wardrobes look quite cheap, and the 4 small windows should defo just be one! I love the staircase and I really enjoyed the tour
I don't normally like centre stairs because they waste so much space, but this house is lovely and the rooms are very spacious.
The 2nd floor bedrooms are amazing with both ensuites.
PLEASE DO A HOUSE FROM HERTFORDSHIRE
I think I'd agree with Matt's idea! The second house isn't so much better that you would want to pass on a great investment opportunity. I like this video as well, I got a lot of good ideas. Of course, I love the floors and the bathrooms. You can't describe a bathroom as luxurious unless it has a separate tub and shower, but I don't like the carpet on the stairs and upstairs. They should have gone with wood floors. Also, how do you feel about the mirrored closets? I'm not a fan of those in a house, they should be reserved for multi-family apartment leases. Great vid!
Great job guys as always. Beautiful looking house I love the entrance of the house and I love the brick and the black windows what a match made In heaven I definitely prefer this one to the one next door. Beautiful looking garage fantastic outdoor space lovely exterior love the lights and how bright and airy it is and the interior is stunning. can’t wait for more guys 👍🙏
I was waiting for this one because the other house was sick and that’s smaller
Me too. Matt and Summer are great
Love the vids. Any chance you can look at some Luxury properties in Liverpool. Theirs a lot in the formby area.
Love the videos! Would be great to see some in Scotland and around the £500,000 price range!
Lovley house this think I would prefer this one to the other and have that big master bedroom, witch looks like its the size of a one bedroom flat if it was split up. The central staircase is amazing, I also love that they put a log burner in the lounge. Another great thing about this house is the island in that kitchen nice big L shape instead of your ussual round or oval shape, although I think the lights above it look like upside down fish bowls. Great tour again guys 😉
Great videos guys. I think what everyone wants now is a house tour of your house :)
Very nice big house
Great energy
Lovely people ❤
Love every one of your videos Matt & Summer, thank you!
I’d prefer the downstairs rooms smaller and cosier, they look large and cold, would prefer a nice carpet in the lounge and a separate sitting room and study would have been nice but each to their own, I’m sure someone will love and afford it.
Beautiful home, the only thing i'm not keen on is the floor downstairs, it seems like it makes it feel very cold, as it's so bright and shiny and looks as though your walking across ice.
That kitchen!!!! Wow
Matt ...what if you went and viewed the second house first ? Would you change your mind on which house was better. Just a thought. Mostly we always like the second view heheheheheh. If you know what I mean then you understand what I’m trying to say
I love your videos and I wish I was financially backed. Hehehehe I would buy all the houses because of your tours Peace ✌️
Hi I am in India I am regulary watching your all video keep rocking 👍 👍 brother and sister ❤️❤️ love you guys
@MARTIN WEAVER suni 😂😂
Love this one! Love to see the subscribers increasing too! 😀
Just wondering, if YT asks us to rate a video and we do, does it help u guys. Cuz normally I don't but I did for u guys. So just wondering if it helps. Hope it does cuz u guys definitely deserve it.
It does help us thank you so much for doing it! 😀
Hi I love u guys your amazing thank you for your content xx
initial thoughts on both the houses, lovely kitchens and it would be nice at this price point if there was a high end coffee machine integrated into the cupboards. Also really not sure about putting a study/office in the front of the house as that part of the house would be quite busy. With the move to more home working or even running a business empire piece and quiet on say the top floor would make more sense. Really loving the space in the master though 👍
