This was something both of my sisters told me the high school band teacher always said, but when I actually got to high school and had that teacher, he never said it. Not once. But now I always say it, regardless of what kind of thing I'm going to (scheduled things, not like going to the store or the library.)

Indina Mendzel got the part of elphaba in wicked the musical because while she was singing she messed up and got off the music and screamed "F**K!!!!!" And the judges saw her inner anger and put her to elphaba

How to audition: 1. Don’t shake the directors hand, (unless they hold their hand out first)
2. Don’t be to loud, talk to the Camera/ director the same as if your talking to a person UNLESS your supposed to be yelling
3. Don’t try to change your voice or be to enthusiastic, if your auditioning for a character your age act the same as you do everyday unless your auditioning for a different kind of character
4. Act as natural as possible
5. Don’t be to nervous
6. don’t mumble
7. be polite
8. show the director that you are a star!

I auditioned for a characters who’s around a year and a half younger than me, but my voice is kind of deep for a 12 year old and the ages are super important for the show so I made my voice a tiny bit higher

If you don't have experience start by doing theater in school if you're in high school if not go to your local community theater and ask them how you can get involved.

yeliannie luna well if you never wear makeup I wouldn't. Just dress the way you always dress and be yourself!😃 But if you really want to maybe wear a little bit of powder and mascara and like a lip tint.

You have to pay for a subscription to a casting website that lists auditions you can submit to. But the actual audition will be free.

The Bow Lady Pack the things they ask for (e.g headshot etc) and maybe some water and tissues. You can take your parents but they would usually wait in the waiting room and not go into the actual room with you.

That's literally what I thought---this is how Miranda would act in an acting audition!!!
it might remind you of miranda, but that doesn't necessarily mean she was trying to copy her. if she had a different voice you probably wouldn't even notice, but because their voices are similar it made the connection.
