How To Make Tzatziki | Easy Tzatziki Recipe

  • Making your own fresh tzatziki is a snap with this easy recipe. Traditional Greek tzatziki only uses a few ingredients and adds that OPA factor to whatever you are serving it with!!!
TIP: Make sure the yogurt you are using is the Greek strained type. Works best because of its thicker consistency.
TIP: Try and make ahead at least a couple of hours before serving for maximum flavour.
Hope you guys enjoy this video and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, just give me a shout and I'll get back ASAP!!!!!
Try this today and take your meals from ordinary to OPA!!!!!
    Hope you all love it!!!!!
    Cheers,
    Ken

OMG, I couldn't believe how amazing it was! Thank God I was alone when trying it out, I would've scared someone. My eyes rolled to the back of my head, my body shook and then I yelled out, "Opa!"😳🤯😜🤗

Slither all over my olive oil fried eggplant and zucchini! Nectar of the Gods!! On roasted lamb or roast kid goat for Easter!!! I can't wait!
( If you salt eggplant lightly and cover slices with paper towels to soak up the moisture as the salt draws it out , and wipe off mostly, batter and fry spear in olive oil! Heaven! As a child on Crete, my Greek friends YiaYia always made a delicious dense Easter bread with (always only!) A dyed egg in the center of the round golden egg type holiday bread . Could you do a video so I can attempt it? 🥰
