There are at least two places in which you can fall from fences and are no "secrets" but just bugs. The first is when you follow the "confusion ending" but with the bucket instead. Once the truck moves away, you enter to one room with a fence that can be climbed via some boxes on the side. Falling is very possible, and you will find yourself with nothing but darkness and the annoying heroic music.
The other fall can occur in the room that leads to the infinite hole. Find the weak place that allow you to climb up the fence, but fall in the other side of the wall, so you cant reach the infinite hole, and therefore you will have to restart.

You can also crouch and fall into that area instead from the top of the stairs. Crouching also lets you fall to the ground in the endings where you unplug the phone.

@@TheVercci Although I don't really know if that is a bug, since once you go trough the doorway near the truck, you enter a white space with music, so I think the developers saw that.

@@Andromath90 It's a poorly handled sequence break then because you can also reach the vent that has the tape player in it except you just fall to the bottom of the vent and there's no level transition trigger like there isn't any kill trigger.
