14:37, that was hilarious. Yeah, hefesto is such a cool calisthenics exercise, just need to work more on my shoulder mobility and build more strength. Just curious, what did you do to improve your shoulder mobility?
Hahaha thanks, you definitely should! I tried pretty much everything I could find lol. But the ones that I think helped me the most were skin the cats (pronated and supinated grip) and regular supinated grip German hang holds.
Amazing journey brother 👊🏻. I’m looking to start training this myself. How many days did you rest in between training hefesto? And how many reps would you attempt, roughly, each time you worked that exercise?
I said it milion times but i will say it again that you deserve a milion subs and I mean it really. Really cool video as always and did your biceps got bigger because of hefesto trening?
Thank you, that means a lot! And yeah, I definitely think this helped me put on some size. I got way stronger too, I remember doing some one arm chin ups around 2 months in to hefesto training and they felt soooo much easier than before
Thanks, yeah, it’s a tough on for sure! I’d recommend taking it slowly and start trying the pseudo hefesto, don’t push it super hard just try to get a feel for what’s going on. Patience is very key with this
Super dope video bro. I have a quick video idea. I’m always having trouble scheduling my training so that I can really focus on achieving a new skill (planche) but also want to maintain a lot of other skills. So could you possibly do a video on skill maintenance when trying to achieve new skills?
Thanks! It’s really important to be patient and take it slow when training this and it’s important to stretch and massage the areas that get stressed when training hefesto
@@ermis2639Tnx. Ive done alot of ring curls, peliacan pushups/curls and korean dips along side with bacisc. I think my connective tissues will be conditioned trough supinated BL and BL raises.
The intro was so calm, I was surprised to not hear u screaming😂😂
lol, I had to film this early in the morning
I had this exact same thought 😂
It was really cool watching your journey on this exercise, bro 💪
4 months to unlock such a hard one is quite fast! Amazing!
Thank you! Those 4 months felt like forever lol
motivation 💯 commenting for youtube algo gains 🙏🏽
Hahaha, thanks!

Looking forward to more of these progress vids btw, crazy progress❤️
Thank you! I’ll probably make a part 2 to my planche one later this year

I love hefesto, but Im scared to do it, how to prepare your body to do it safely??
dope video btw ;)

For you bro, of course! I will film it this weekend and post it next week
Did the increased bicep strength. Help with OAP training?
Great progress! Keep moving forward!
Thanks, will do!
Cool video.
Do you have a tip to be injury free?
Thanks! It’s really important to be patient and take it slow when training this and it’s important to stretch and massage the areas that get stressed when training hefesto
@@barkage thx
awesome progression! Hefesto tutorial please! :)
Thanks, I’ll get on that!
This is definitely motivate
Thanks a lot 🙏
💪💪
How did you get your bl hefesto so fast after the hefesto?
Hey man insane progress💯🔥 did hefesto affect your biceps to get bigger ?
Thanks a lot, yes, I think so. They got rounder too
Incredible progress! Im in the same journey. How often did you trained for it in a week ?
one arm handstand video plz (also think I’m gonna beat you to a 5 second hold)
🤣🤣 I can make one. But I do take pride in the fact that my maltese is more consistent than my OAHS
@@barkage OAHS is harder Imo. Either way you got me into training Maltese just to improve my planche.
@@thepizzaworkoutplan That’s awesome! And they’re just different areas, both really hard
As soon as my supinated BL becomes easy im gonna start working on hefesto Do i need any other prerequisite for hefesto except a strong BL?
i would suggest preparing yourself with quite heavy dumbell bicep curls and tendon preparation in general, otherwise you might quickly injure yourself

Supinated BL is very important with this. Yeah, I’d say once you’ve got that locked up you could start trying some of the pseudo hefestos
@@joepeglegmorgan3015 Then you are most likely to not have any issues with your tendons. Go get it bro, grind never stops
@@barkage Tnx.
