Great job I loved watching you fix that. I’m a girl but I want to learn to work on cars so I don’t have to run to the shop every time something happens. You explained everything very easily and you filmed everything very good so I subscribed I can’t wait to learn more from you thank you and God bless you.
Yeah always good to learn!! I do same weather other people’s videos
Just wondered why you never changed the seal while you were there ? Excellent Video.
I was wondering if there was a seal that should be changed out. Thank you!
Man I appreciate the vid bro ..times are tough and this will save me hundreds
Yup
Kind of surprised you did not put white grease on thee axle before sticking it back
in there
Shouldn't you have torqued the hub bolt before installing the retainer and cotter pin?
Yes u can do that
Where do you get your parts from
From my local part store buywise
Great Video, Thank You!!

Is this the same for 2016 Nissan Altima SV model
Should be about same or similar but not part not sure on part
@@RBTheMechanic thank you sir !
? Don't know if the shops throwing be a curve ball but is that the same as my 2013 Nissan Altima 3.5 liter sv because I got a estimate and he was trying to tell me the driver's side was different now we all know it ain't I know I can do it so I figured I'd ask you great video.
Wow, it's that easy
Yup super easy
What issues did the busted inboard joint have? Did it make noises, binding, or just the greasy mess it left?
Greasy mess and it was making click click click noise on sharp turns
@@RBTheMechanic sounds good. Thanks for the very informative video. I’m about to do both axles on my 2007 and was able to pack all the tools I need to do it at home.
@@jaddbernardo2681 nice let me know how the job went
@@RBTheMechanic it was pretty easy to replace. The passenger side had 2 13mm bolts holding a bracket to the center bearing. No snap ring on the splines. Cleaned off the greasy mess and saw the play on the rh inboard joint. Lost a bit of fluid, but warmed up the transmission, then checked again. Didn’t reset the wear counter since I didn’t do a complete fluid flush.
Is possible put Anti size?
On the hub bearing side u can
I appreciate
the video but the non stop jabber drove me crazy.
Sorry
That is not a 2006 Altima .
Ok
You didn't use a torque wrench in any of the bolts or nuts so I'm giving you 2 stars. Good video but do better next time.
New videos are solid thank I for 2 stars
