I loved number 2, had the best curb appeal, 4 bedrooms, a shop plus beautiful living space on top, and a separate garage and the location was in town, not rural. The garden was small but will be easier to manage

And there was enough room for chickens in that yard. It was a pretty house.

But in the end it was clear that they wanted rural. They ended up choosing the place with the best rural vistas.
