Yes the last ones smaller but he wanted to be outside in his shed and she wanted to be walking the dogs on the beach, don't they want some time together as a newly married couple? She's a fussy bugger that one, maybe he should rethink the wife and buy the house he wants!! Seems its all about what SHE wants...they also have to consider close neighbours with their 2 German Shepherds..do their neighbours have kids, are they going to be frightened of those loud (and they will be loud when they play outside) dogs....the last 2 houses had perfect gardens and fences to keep the dogs in. Nice try Jules, but you are right...sometimes its really a hard sell.
Wondering if the homes were actually the problem for this woman or if it was getting married that was really putting her off. How much room do you really need when it is just the two of you ? Hmmm....... !
I mean, hard to say what happened, that was 2016. Odd she was talking about getting away from each other- having their own spaces, but they weren’t even married yet.
Not sure that railway is the longest narrow gauge in the world. It might be the longest light railway. Here in Australia our Puffing Billy tourist railway outside Melbourne is narrow gauge and is 16 miles or 25 km long. And there might be longer ones in places like India.
Love house #1 - hate having neighbors that close. Osmo the floors, strip the wallpaper, a lick of paint here and there. House #2 - it's all so boxy. It's an awkward layout. I wish they'd used some of that land to make a bigger house. Mystery House - nope. It doesn't float my boat either.
In house #2, they should knock out a wall between the kitchen and the second reception room, put a dining table in there and leave the other room, currently a diner/lounge just a living room...that mystery house is stunning...not sure why she thinks it's small..especially when there are just the two of them and the dogs ....and how can anyone feel enclosed with those walls of windows
House #1, I'm in love! Wow! I also loved the story about the Norfolk Wildlife Trust (releasing the ducks into the wild was just beautiful to see -bless these people!) and the story about the Wells & Walsingham Light Railway with its history. Thank you once again for sharing!☺️
@@ThisisstillMYROOM.agree. I loved the first house but its front location was hemmed in by neighbours. Right next to your door was the neighbours deck. And do people park in front of your house.
The exterior of house #2 has two things I hate: porthole windows and pebble dash stucco. That front door, which looks like the entrance to a Medieval Times chain restaurant, makes it look even worse.
Amen. First thing I said to my partner was ‘gawd I hate pebble dash and it would be too expensive to remove if there was lovely brick underneath’. When the host then said it has been recently pebble dashed I laugh. Plus it needed a portico and you can make out when you see a front view the outline of what must have been a portico at one time.
Didnt care for any of those houses shown. Dunno why the presenters have to give it the hard sell, either you like it or dont no need to force it. The railway section was really fascinating
@@1962pjhcan you imagine spending all that money on an architect and only putting tiny windows on all the bedrooms. They looked like windows you’d have on a bathroom.
I soo agree with her - the mystery house is tiny and so cramped! Also it's not up to Jules to know which size house would work for them. He does tend to mansplain quiet badly from time to time. Jeez. My personal favourite was house #2 but I do understand her hesitation to take on that amount of work. House #1 itself was lovely but I wouldn't want to live in such an ensemble.
Couldn't he get a desk job with an injured hamstring?

Buy the house and ditch the woman
house one was perfect for them but i'm not sure what she wants at all. i dont think she is either!
don't get married. she hasn't recovered from first marriage
Now is the time to call the wedding off, mate...lol
Lol...came here to write the same thing!
She wants to get away from him in the house!!😅😂😅 Did she diss Alan by saying he would settle for any house!!😅😅
I mean, hard to say what happened, that was 2016.

Lol
😂
All those houses werent very impressive

I am pleased Jules is still on the show, he is the best presenter so hopefully we will not loose him to a new career of making furniture😊

how big of a home does she want? wow
Awful mystery house. Not even a beach saves that.

No way , not with neighbours right on the doorstep !!

Hurting yourself.... on.. the fitness test. Priceless. Guess it was, probably financially lucrative.
Where DO they find 'em?
What's the desire for a huge kitchen ? Two people and dogs (in a basket) ....
i think she just wanted a totally separate annex for her mother in law to be.
minutes from the beach, and a relatively new build -- win win : )
1st house can’t imagine living that close to other people.
Run Forest 🏃
All houses were nice. Oh well.
Jules is in top form
I loved every house.

They have a program. Time to fill. Those of us at home want to see what's on offer.
@@KimSincox true that
MISTERY HOUSE WAS THE BEST AT THE BEST PRICE, LOCATION, ETC ETC ETC.
House 1 loved it. House 2 liked that a lot as well. Mystery was nice but she HATED it lol. Location was great though.
Same as me, about 1 and 2. I disliked #3. It looked like a prison from the outside and the inside felt a bit cramped.
For a new built has extremely small bedrooms🤔

The biggest problem with house #3 is the trees !! Imagine when there’s gusty winds, and one or more fall onto that house , it’s all over. No thanks.
House no 1 great
