A nice couple, and great to see their genuine and honest reactions to the properties. It's interesting that on Place in the Sun programmes, clients are asked their budget, then that 'wriggle room' extra. Of course they are always pushed to the top end, so may as well just say that as their top budget!
With that 2nd home theyre saying the view is better but the view is worse due to the string of power cables interrupting the view. Once you move into a property with power cables in your immediate view you start wanting to get your garden loppers out and remove them from the grossly interrupted glorious view. Youd have a proper view if people used their brains and only laid underground electrical cables. Its a silly mistake to ignore the power cables.
Unrealistic expectations. A huge house with spectacular views, lots of land that needs no work for £100,000? House 4 was a lovely holiday home for now but with potential to build a business in the future. Running a fitness retreat would require her living there full time so she would have the money from the sale of her UK house to spend on renovations.
It's interesting to watch these programme and enjoy seeing the different areas. It always seems though with any real estate negotiations, that when people are wanting to purchase a property, they expect the seller to drop their price to fund the expenses/ wish-lists of the buyer.
Deborah was crying at the second house. They usually go for those ones😊. And Greg will be able to walk around without worrying about bashing his head😂. The pool is lovely too.
all these expat communities are so boring and cookie cutter, with very little greenery, I would be so uncomfortable, and there's no feeling of being in Spain at all. Obviously other people do like them, but not for me.
Why dose this channel choose these difficult people ? I can see by the comments that others fill the same….. I stopped watching after she said “ I like white”
None of the house was actually within their budget..and 3rd house was amazing..if they could go for 203k..they couldve gone for 210k house.
Nice couple and excellent choice
My budget is singing for Mayenne but my arthritis wants a sea view 😸 Thoroughly enjoyed this episode. My fave is the fifth house.
Gregg Baker is the Broadway singer, the voice sounded familiar, but not a performer I am familiar with. @mariannugent3179
I think Leah is a lovely presenter and very enthusiastic and has a beautiful voice 👍☘️
wondering if your show gives such homes in north of italy for such comfort😊😊
wow some houses are astonishing there in spain and all with a pool amazing😊😊love it❤❤
vilamoura..wow lovely one the sitting room is white😂😂 on the balcony you can easily put a barbeque❤❤

Such a tiny budget 😵💫

Think, it was unfair towards the owner, as he possibly lost the deal with the other buyers...
New agent, she’s great! Loved the last house too! 🥰
Their enthusiasm was underwhelming

Poor Jasmine. I'm sure she needed a stiff drink at the end of this one.
I love watching this series yet until now I still can't see myself making a decision on buying a property overnight. 😅
Wow! Jasmine is a real pro at pétanque!
That last apartment was lovely. I would choose that one.
nice to see the interested people in the homes they all have their own story why they make choices one can learn from it😊😊❤❤love it
but with you guys seems possible
how wonderful to see they found their dream home..i can not seem to find it
are there shops for clothes in spain or just little souvenirs shops and chinese clothes shop..??
These are Seniors FGS! Show them something not physically challenging!
Last one was perfect
Nice couple
I love this couple ! So genuine and happy! I loved seeing all the properties too! Good luck to them!

the 4th could become a rent out home good bargain😊😊
Love Leah. Great energy.
Great properties in Denia, Spain!
Nice places, but she really needed more money! Also, spanish charm can be manufactured for an interior. Happy result.
Yeah, but you can't manufacture 4 inch thick walls with windows overlooking those fantastic views.

Lovely optimistic couple
Awesome properties - love the programme
Love this program ❤ thanks for uploading
Good for them. Dad reminds me of Liam Neeson.
Do these house hunters not use factor 50+ at all? They’re redder than a tomato!
I would go for the 3rd property. It was my favourite
I loved the 3rd property.
So great to have Lucy on the show!!!
He has a beautiful speaking voice.
I like this couple! Finally someone unique!

❤️❤️thank you love it ❤️❤️
I noticed in several of these Spanish riviera shows that it’s very windy. Is this usual ? Or just seasonal?
It would be nice if he mentioned HOA fees and property taxes.

The programme is made so much more enjoyable with lovely couples like this. Wish them all the best.
Interesting couple 🤔
Are they a couple? I thought they were mother and son.
