I loved the last house. It had a nice curb appeal and was beautiful on the inside with a modern look. I would use the main 5-bed as a family house and the ADU as a rental. I don't need to use it as a BNB. Overall, more value for the money.
Is it me- or is there something off about this host? She makes things uncomfortable at times, and you get the feeling she doesn't quite know what to say. Anyway- I enjoy the show, seeing property around France, but the host is not very good.
@@terrapinalive6192 Fair enough. She is friendly, I agree- I am only commenting on the fact it feels a little 'off' at times to me, in regard to her ability as a host. There are moments where she is very awkward, like she is not sure what to say- and responds in way that makes the conversation of the moment seem odd...like her comment doesn't correspond to the other person's remark. Nevertheless, it is just my feeling- perhaps not shared by anyone else.

Pool house seemed great, less work to do - flatter land too - but it's not my money lol.

She is different,she's very warm and is not afraid to share the buying party's emotions

I absolutely love her! She has been on this show for many years…..I see nothing awkward about her!
