Trust me she has done amazingly to get this 3 bed all with bathrooms and outside space for 68. The difference as to what she can now spend will ensure the outside and inside gets that tlc it needs. I wish her well. I might even come and visit once she is up and running.
I prefer the 3rd property. It looks modern without any Spanish charm but adding wood beams, changing some furniture, and adding a lot of character features will help. It was the only property that had the most value for money, with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms, fruit trees, a nice outside area, and a plunge pool. I will gladly give up character if a house meets every other need of mine.
I'd love to see people with much more money to spend. Just for a change. I'm not saying in the millions but under a million. 100 thousand doesnt buy much,unless your out in the sticks.
