I loved the 4th property. With work, that house will be amazing. Because of those beautiful views from the kitchen window, I would turn that kitchen area into the master bedroom with ensuite, then the extended room into the corner will be turned into the kitchen, essentially making the house a 3 bed, 3 bath. It would be nice to wake up and walk past the living room into the huge balcony with those amazing views. Being so close to the water is worth it plus the house is bright and airy.
