Form of Therapy yeah it's also incredibly cohesive? like it's all 80s electropop but you don't get bored after a few songs bc they're different yet alike enough so that you also don't feel like they should've been on different albums???? idk how to describe it but it's seriously one of the best albums I've heard in my 23 years of age lol
Yep, as a long time sone who've listened to their past albums, I can honestly say agree with this. Probably their best album so far tbh.

Lack of promotion as a group, they're focusing a lot on individual that they barely have time to get time and promote as a whole group.
Agree with you. These two title songs are a so much better from their previous releases, but maybe the K-Pop trend nowadays don't swing into that direction, and many 3rd gen groups are taking over too. And how SM treat their legendary groups for their 10th anniversary (when many groups their age don't last that long) is really disappointing. No TV specials (like IGAB era) and only three appearances on music shows. So disappointing

It was still playful without being childish. It was mature and the song didn't leave room to be bored. While it's not an ear worm, they got the excellent, slick production that SM is known for. I love the horn instrumentation and it just has so much movement! I LOVE LOVE LOVE that this is probably the best line distribution SNSD has ever had (as far as I know). Everyone had a chance to show how they've matured esp. Hyoyeon Tiffany, Taeyeon and Seohyun without overpowering the others. Even the dancing was perfect! Their moves were sharp as a knife! . I think this was the comeback that a seasoned, 10-year K-Pop group deserved.
Even though I first heard SNSD in only 2013, these two songs make me so nostalgic and proud of them. My bias is Sunny but Seohyun is really killing it in these two MVs.

Also, same!!! My bias is also sunny but seohyun wooooooooooow!!! Her long ponytail and the dance break made me rethink if I'm not 100% lesbian

SNSD got me into Kpop 9 years ago, Sunny was my first ever bias and she's still my ult to this day, I actually cried because she's so beautiful. But honestly you can't convince me otherwise that All Night isn't just a group of gays at the club, especially because of Sooyoung and Yuri. I also got annoyed at you cause you keeled over and missed Taeyeon doing the limbo and looking fucking flawless.

same SNSD was my first time reacting to kpop. My first song ever was loin heart and my first bias was Sunny, she was and still is beautiful.
PD you will love the song " Girls are Back" on their album. If you like the bass in All Night the bass in Girls are back is absolutely filthy and amazing. It has the same groovy and funky sound and its incredible. By far my favorite song on the album besides the tittle tracks.
So many ppl hated Holiday, but I loved it. I just don't get why they charted badly digitally. Holiday and All Night are so much better than many other songs girl groups have come out with this year.

Question: have You heard their japanese albums? I've always thought their korean realeases haven't been pair to their previous songs, but in Japan they just served anthems.
My favorite must be Girls and Peace. But ALL of them are amazing.

Their Japanese albums, especially the first two, are filled with amazing, catchy, and anthemic songs from beginning to end (other than remakes of Korean songs).

I only got into kpop a little over a year ago, and I never really got into SNSD. I did get to know most of the members through variety shows or acting, or in the case of Taeyeon and Seohyun, their solos, but still didn't listen to them as a group. But when I listened to the songs on this album I instantly fell for them. The rest of the album is sooo good as well.

Girls Generation was the very first group I listened to in 2015 and I listened to every single album and I'm so happy for this album, they did amazing. Taeyeon is my bias, but Jessica was before then
when he moves in to the camera and says "10/10" i was clapping while laughing like an idiot for some reason. his facials and his reactions give me life HAHAHAHA
I read somewhere that Taeyeon likes all night the best! Now it's clear why!

I got into SNSD at the end of 2011 (I was only twelve ohmygod), and I loved these songs so much. Made me feel so nostalgic, proud and emotional all at the same time. All Night is AMAZING. You shoul'd watch some of the girls solo's proyects, Hyoyeon's Wannabe, Tiffany's i just wanna dance or heart break hotel, Seohyun's don't say no, Yoona's when the wind blows, and Yuri's always find you. You can see how they have evolved vocally and artistically.

E,W&F were a fav from about '75-'81.YES I AM OLD! Not a "pure" sample, they're singing a slightly different syncopation (rhythm) for the last section. The first part is the same except it sounds like a different key;but to me a sample. I can tell when you are excited cause you talk FAST! Very kawaii Yes listening party!

I'm fairly new to Kpop (joined my first fandom 8 months ago, heard it a year ago for the first time) so I was never super into SNSD... yeah I have heard many songs by them but never got into them because it's not my style. But I can say that All Night is my favorite out of these two. I LOVE IT 😊 Holiday Night didn't really stick to me and I don't really remember how it goes x3 It's still an okay song for me... But yeah All Night all day every day for me 😄☺️
I really wish they performed and promoted All Night more because it really is one of their best songs in terms of quality and production. I’ve been a fan since their debut and this song really was a great way to celebrate SNSD and their growth as a group and as individuals.

Oh man, Sunny's voice is so beautiful. I actually came looking for any LOONA reactions (doesn't seem you have any for that group that puts out incredible song after incredible song) but since I saw SNSD and haven't listened to them for a couple of months I thought I'd watch. This whole album is great but SM really could have done more. We should have had like a year of celebration with the girls for staying together so long when everyone knows they only did it for us.
