LOVE your Bike! During the late 80's I had the very same model and year but with a Bassani 4 into 1 instead. It thought it sounded pretty cool. But who knows what everyone else thought. lol It was my very first Road Bike. Drove it balls out every moment I though I wouldn't probably die if anything went wrong. Absolutely loved that beast doing 140mph++ on Highway 400 in/near Toronto @ 2 or 3am. Alas, some 14 y.o. kid steals it one night and proceeds to smash it up - where it just so happens the cops were watching. Felt bad for the poor single Mom who had to pay for the written off bike. I had a very high paying job at the time so went very easy on her and asked for $300 - the pipe was $350 lol

Sounds good. About to do it to my 96 750. Did you re-jet?
Nope, only because I kept the stock airbox and I have a baffle in the pipes.
I’d love to do that setup in my’82 CB750K. How much time did it take? How did you build your baffles in your straight pipe?
Didn't take long at all just a few bolts. I made my own baffle that probably took the most time
I just made them to fit the pipe. Custom fabrication
what type of steering bar are you using?
