    I've followed these routines for about two months now, starting as a complete beginner, 5-6 times in a week and most days choosing a flow based on the time it takes. I like 30-50 min flows the best, but some days 15 mins has to be enough, so I very much appreciate that there are different options available. After two months I've learned most moves well enough to follow by mostly listening, and that, I think, makes my moving smoother or fluid, which allows me to really enjoy the movement. It has also helped me find a comfortable and natural rhythm for breathing. After every flow, short or long, I feel good, calm and kind of happy. Like I want to smile to the whole world. I love it. I think I might be addicted :).
    Wonderful thing I've discovered during the past few weeks is that this inner peace I get from Tai Chi reaches out to my rather hectic day job as well. Stressfull situations just seem less stressful, and sometimes tough decision making doesn't feel as tough as it used to.
    Thank you so much for this channel, for these videos (which are so easy to follow), and all the good that you give. I also appreciate the flute and the occasional wisdom quotes :)
