I have been doing 15-20 minute Tai Chi and Qi Gong routines for seniors and beginners for quite some time. Those routines had become boring and easy. I went on a search and UA-cam recommended you. I am so glad! So far, I have done three of your routines and have been challenged by each one. I look forward to working my way up to doing them as they should be, especially standing on one foot and bending the knees more fully. I look forward to that. Also, I very much like your manner and method and your voice is pleasant and easy to understand. Thanks for helping this old woman to stay mobile.

Oh my goodness, I've just finished my first Tai Chi session with you and everything about it was perfect. The music, your kind and peaceful voice and the movements, I felt quite emotional at the end. My hands and fingers felt a little tingly/numb but I think that's because my shoulders and neck are always tight. I am going to keep going with this and can't wait. Thank you so much.
