How does she bake them? They're perfectly round as if they're baked individually. Would you suggest just keeping a large amount of space in between them?
This icing was so sweet that it seemed to ruin the overall flavor of my cinnamon rolls. By morning, the icing had turned a little brittle and hard even with Saran Wrap. Now I know why you need the cream cheese.
Normally, I would agree but she talks about storing and saving for later what she doesn’t use, which wouldn’t make sense if you are unable to actually use it later. There are only 2 of us in my household which made this a waste for me because the icing didn’t store or reheat well. It ruined the rolls ‘for me!’. Others may have had a different experience, but that was mine.

I have one myself! It’s microwave only btw! So what I do is I get some butter put in the microwave for about 10 seconds then stir it up then put some cinnamon and sugar in it and heat it up for about 10 more seconds then put a tad bit of milk and guess what… put it in the microwave for 10 seconds stir it up and put it in the freezer till it’s around the consistency of honey!

1 ounce vanilla is 6 teaspoons (or 2 Tablespoons). That seems like too much. And 3 ounces of milk would be 6 tablespoons, where she said 1.5~2 Tablespoons which is closer to 1 ounce. Is it too runny or does it work for you?

I find cream cheese icing sticks to freezer bags when freezing. It never freezes solid. Does this lose its stickiness when freezing? Good video.
