    Culture geography and dietary habits do have a huge role in deciding what’s good and bad to consume. Similar is the case how westerners view grains. Key is stick close to your culture and inherent food eat healthy and fresh.

    My last meal of the day around 6pm every day is a stomach full of 4 to 6 fruits. The post prandial reading is always around 120. I think that proves dr.berg wrong.

    • @drpramodtripathi5756
      @drpramodtripathi5756 7 місяців тому +2

      It's good that your PP is around 120. Have you checked your Fasting and PP Insulin though. We are not dealing with a static body, but a dynamic over which is undergoing changes over days, months and years. Recommendation: Don't just rely on sugar levels. Check insulin levels. If Fasting insulin is > 6, there is work to be done on insulin resistance. Otherwise, given the dynamic nature of the body... things can deteriorate over months/years if deeper parameters aren't tracked carefully. All good wishes...

    Either this "Doctor" is too smart or totally ignorant. Of course,such gentlemen befool thousands of innocent people daily. Better to verify each and every fact from multiple and reliable scientific sources and learn from your personal practical experience as well since every person has different life history ,life style,genetics and above all environment plus cultural background. It is very important that incorrect or half baked information is verified and corrected most people are either too naive or super lazy to fact check information they get online get mesmerized by smooth talk and follow blindly. There will be only a few % of people who actually have access to research papers and have the ability to understand them. We are talking health here I don't see any wrong in fact checking with backed up research pointers to prove the point. I can speak foe myself when my dad s health was going downhill and doctors did not help much with my adamant father not willing to take pills I spent 3 years reading research papers every single day to take a holistic approach and made his condition better with 0 medicine and tahts when I realized how "credible" Dr bergs content is. Not saying he is totally wrong I have been listening to him for over 9 years . But he has a pattern he pushes for keto foe everything and blames inflammation for all root causes. While inflammation is dangerous many things like atherosclerosis doesn't need inflammation to trigger. This js just one example. His research papers provided too are most of the time not the actual paper but a reference or summary of the findings and his interpretations are many times totally off. I have read quite a few myself so I know this for a fact. I still listen to him but do not follow him blindly I will read up listen to various other people and then independently come to my conclusion. It's health we are talking about :)
