Sir,after seeing your video on Antigravity exercise ie climbing the stairs, I devidded to give s Try today and I was thrilled. Today, my pp sugar taken at 3.10 was 188 and after climbing staircase 120 steps, again checked my sugar at 3.20, lo! it was showing 160. Amazing drop of 28 points in 5 minutes. I am a diabetic and as I saw your instructions about climbing stairs this morning I saw the logic in your words especially when you pointed out the reason for the burning sensation in the front thigh muscle I understood and I started climbing stairs for 15 minutes.
Well I took the post parantial reading and to my delight it was only 150.
I breakfast was three chapattis,one boiled egg and half a cup of coffee without sugar.
It is impressive. I have decided to do this antigravity exercises and keep reporting the results to you.

Evening 8 floor 2 or 3 times .
My A1C dropped from 11.7 to 6.0 .
Now dose one matformine in whole day With normal diet .

Pl.be careful..I know at least two Doctors who suffered heart attack due to overdoing stairs climbing.Best is to climb 3-4 stairs twice in a day.

We used a Stepper machine instead of actual stair climbing. It was much effortless but more effective. Could see av reduction of 50 to 105 points.
