  • I have been off all day thinking it's Saturday for some reason. It feels like a Saturday to me. This finishes week 28 of my long off season and it was a strong one. I'll be looking to get another monthly InBody scan early next week to track progress. If tracking is not being done, then it's just guessing. It's hard to maximize guess work. I hope you all had a great Satur...I mean Friday ;)
