  • I went light on legs yesterday to keep my low back and hip integrity for this Sunday's Pillar concert, but I didn't hold back on this morning's push workout. Some big weight and new PR's were lifted for me. I'm especially proud of the 75lb dumbbell Incline Flys and 230lb overhead press. Getting stronger by the week. The rest of this week is about to get crazy. Tomorrow I'll be preparing for Pillar rehearsals and the show, Thursday I play a surgeon for a hospital commercial, Friday and Saturday are full Pillar rehearsal days, then Sunday we rock. I look forward to seeing many of you there. I hope you all had a great day.
