- I have to say this morning's workout was a tough one. After rocking with Pillar on Sunday my body was really sore. I took yesterday off to recovery, but going hard this morning was still a struggle. But I did it anyway and focused on doing my best over beating records. Doing something is always better than nothing, especially if you are doing your best. Earlier today I had a wardrobe fitting for some movie work I have later this June. Then tomorrow I'll be working on a commercial for an area country club. Lots going on lately and I am thankful. I hope you all are having a great day.

2. Front Squat: 2x5-7
3. Adductor Machine: 3x10
