    They got me, just dumped it all in the trash. How they’re able to poison us is frustrating beyond description, even those trying to live healthy are constantly running into roadblocks due to these psychopaths. & if you live completely clean they rain it down on you from the ✈️ 💨

      In case that’s not a sarcastic comment, much of what the FDA approved is synthetic… most medicine is synthetic, so simply because it’s FDA approved means little overall.

      She's showing a study from 2001!
      No health authority in the world believes her nonsense...
      Only thing to know is NOT to take excessive Pyridoxine ...THAT can lead to peripheral neupathy and NOT just taking the amounts in your daily multivitamin.
      This is what you expect from a 'pseudo' doctor..she's a naturopath..
      She does not have the 'real' MD medical degree and so this is what you get! Nonsense

    How about tell people to just eat food rich in vitamin b6 instead? Why we always need supplements?

    • @julias.4980
      @julias.4980 Місяць тому +11

      That's a good starting point but the issue runs deeper - today's conventionally produced foods (and animal feed) have nowhere near the nutritional value that our grandparents enjoyed.
      This is caused by depleted, overworked soil from decades of large scale conventional commercial farming with chemical fertilizers. Rather than rebuilding the soil with organic matter (compost, manure, fish emulsion, worm castings, etc) and also not allowing for it to rest periodically (leave it fallow for one year out of seven) to rebuild it before working it again we literally work it to DEATH.
      Another example is that Coastal areas have iodine-rich soils but inland areas usually lack this element so there are higher occurrences of Thyroid problems inland.
      Also many foods are shipped over a distance and they lose nutrients this way. Some fruits are picked green and gassed to look ripe so they will be firm enough to travel but they will lack the nutritional and flavor potential of a bush, vine or tree ripened fruit.
      Then there is the issue of residual contaminants from fungicides, herbicides, pesticides and other sources (industrial waste, chemical spills etc.).
      Additionally, most people eat quite a bit of processed and refined foods denatured and stripped of their volatile but vitally nutritious elements to be shelf-stable.
      So, IF you can find local properly farmed clean, whole, unprocessed or minimally processed foods, you are way ahead of the game!
      Outside of that, *careful* supplementation is not at all a bad idea.
