Preparing for my vacation this summer! I have been down and depressed after a break-up and have been eating very poorly. I haven't been moving much either, whereas normally I'm a very active and healthy person. This is a great way to get back in the game! Thank you guys!

hello to both of you, I am 71 years old, I have been training for a long time but due to my husband's health problem I put it aside for 3 years. I am lucky to still be in good shape despite everything and do not take any medication. My goal is to strengthen my body and create beautiful arms. Where in all your videos should I start so as not to hurt myself with the weights? Right now up to 8 lbs is good for my arms. Thank you for guiding me, can't wait to get started Mimi
