When the person accidentally sent a text to their dad about adult baby Reddit, they should have immediately followed up with, "What is this world coming to? Who does this?" It would have completely erased all suspicion on behalf of the father.

Real scenario, one time I was in the locker room, and one of my friends jokingly says "I'm bringing sexy back" while he was shirtless. Unbeknownst to him, his dad walked in right when he said that, and responded with "you ain't bringing anything back!"

As the "group mom" to my friends, I can confirm that people like us have to leave our phones un-muted at night, because we are the emergency contact for everyone. I can't tell you how many weird calls/texts/discord messages I have gotten in the middle of the night over the years. But, I would rather know that someone is there for my friends, than leave them in a potentially bad situation with no one to contact. (This includes not only physical situations, but mental/emotional ones too.)

I try. A lot of my friends are in other parts of the world, so the best I can do is be there to listen and support them. But I want to be there for people however I can, depending on what they need.

Seeing wrong text to parents videos makes me realize how incredibly lucky I am that there was no texting when I was a teenager in the 90's, I would have gotten in so much more trouble than I already did.
My parents might have gotten tech savvy and I would have gotten in a lot more trouble talking about ditching school to go do bad things.

My Mom had one of the BEST senses of humor. She kept us all laughing.. if I had sent her something like this, the teasing would have never ended.
When my son was 25 he went to Manchester with his friends for the weekend. I was looking through Facebook one night while he was away and they had posted a photo to Facebook that said when you see it. Anyway turns out that my son had a shower and was still in a towel when the photo was taken. He decided to drop the towel and show his man area to the whole of Facebook!!! Something that a mother should never see lol xxx

I once made a “ naughty video” for my husband (toys and all) and accidentally sent it to my mom. Called her immediately in a panic. Suffice to say, she talked me off the ledge I was planning to jump off. We never speak about it lol thank god

Yeah, funny thing about that. I was in the hospital pre-op room waiting for my spinal surgery with my wife and mother sitting in the room. The nurse comes in and puts the good stuff into the IV, and by good stuff, I mean GOOD stuff. It hit immediately. The nurse turns around and starts walking out of the room. The last thing I remember, I say to the nurse, "damn, you have a spankable ass" and I go unconscious as she exits the room laughing her ass off. I woke up several hours later in the post-op ward. My wife, sitting in the room, watches me wake up and the first words out of her mouth were, "do you remember what you told the nurse in front of your mother?" I said, "Yes, I do remember. And yes, she had a spankable ass". My mother, however, NEVER mentioned that incident...ever.

My parent has been a professional photographer for 50+ years. Started out with him taking nude photos of my mom when they were first dating as teens before they got married. My brother and I recreated all those photos as a humorous tribute to my beautiful late mother. Of course my dad took those photos so if I ever sent a provocative photo to my parent intended for my girlfriend... He would of said "You can do better."

8:20 This one takes a bit of explaining. In aviation (more general aviation that airlines, but this can happen in airlines too) a p-lane can land at an uncontrolled airport (there is no control tower and pilots are responsible for not colliding) or a controlled airport where you need to be cleared by the tower to do anything. There are two kinds of controllers in the tower. "Tower" who controls airplanes using or about to use the runway and "Ground" who controls airplanes (and airport vehicles) moving around on the ground. After landing as the plane turns off the runway they are told to "Contact Ground on (radio frequency). However the might sometimes also say "Stand by to copy a (phone) number."
Hearing this is a really bad thing. Controllers will usually not chew you out over the radio (such behavior is *REALLY* unprofessional. Though it does sometimes happen.
Usually they give you a number to the control tower and you have to call them to get chewed out.
There is a good and well known example of this featuring Harrison Ford.

Btw most phones can be set to automatically go to DND mode at a certain time everyday and also can create exceptions for certain contacts. This is perfect for a parent who only wants to receive calls/ texts for emergency purposes from for example immediate family members. All other contacts are silenced until a reasonable time.
Once I messaged my mum that I was pregnant but I meant that I'm out of school 😂 Never trust the automatic words even if you typed the sentence every day.
1 Pro about this channel: It helps forget about the shit going on in the world for it's duration.
