Thank you so much! I am trying to purchase all the head, neck, and face massage information. I had stage 4B mouth cancer 8 years ago. I am cancer free and continue to thank Jesus for my extended time to tell others about His mercy. There are portions of my “new normal” that I have not settled for and will make the effort to push on in gaining knowledge to improve life for me and others that cross my path.

This worked for my elderly mother, who has swollen face & eyes from end stage kidney disease. It took about 15min to see a difference. Fluid was not completely gone but she looked better. Thanks!

Kelly, thank you so much for these videos! I'm getting head & neck radiation and my insurance only covers a lymphedema specialist that's over an hour away from me. I paid out of pocket to have a few sessions closer to home, but it's not sustainable. At least I was able to check with the therapist about using your videos at home. You're helping a lot of people and as a retired teacher, I'm very grateful!!

I started having painful swelling on the side of my neck below my ear. I was diagnosed with Lymphadenitis. The med I was prescribed helped the pain and swelling but the lump is still there. Thanks for your neck massage techniques. I feel they are helping. There are other videos on lymph drainage out there but I feel yours are the best.

My sister had lymphedema. They took out some of her lymph nodes and part of her chest bones during a breast cancer surgery. This was back in the early 2000's. She passed away in 2009, after an excruciating case of severe lymphedema, which was only exasperated with pain medication.
Thank you for this video. I'm not feeling well today, and this did help.

@Box Tail Gilly - I cannot adequately express how sorry I am with what your sister went through. Sometimes they just don't fully prepare you for what you will have to endure. I am hoping that you felt well again quickly and that the cause wasn't a severe medical condition of your own. All my best.

@@beautique101 ok . Did it for 3 months daily with other of her videos. Got rid of my left leg pain ( at night in bed when leg bothered me, was not very painful but very botherrsone). Also did lots of face and neck drainage ... well no more brain fog and believe it or not no more reading glasses. In my opinion, I just think I did a great drainage and most likely "cleaned" some patway or something that overall helped my head in some way. I don't mind trying things that don't require prescriptions or tons of money to do or have to travel far that seems good for my health! I'm 64 and no pains, no prescription, totally mobile, alert, and believe lymphatic drainage did a big overall change for the better as explained above. The teacher is fantastic !

I have just seen a Lymphologist this week due to having Lymphoedema from radiation. She said the gentle method on the neck is out of date. It needs to be very firm to move the fluid. What are your thoughts on this? I have been using your method for a few months as I was unable to see the Lymphologist until now. I don't know whose method to use.

Thanks for sharing. I am a physio and i have a patient with active ca/mets in the neck. She now has severe edema of the face on the involved side.
    1. I suppose lymph nodes in that area of the neck are not working as they should. Will the taping of face still be effective since fluid have to pass by that affected active ca site.

Thank you for the video! I've had a swollen lump in the right side of my neck by my hair line and I've been put on antibiotics and just had a CT scan done. The ENT thinks it's a lymph node but doesn't want to do anything with it. But over the past year I've been having issues on the right side of my body. To include hearing, eyes, and really bad panic attacks. I was put on prozac almost 9 months ago and I had night sweats which I was told could happen with prozac. My doctor doesn't seem concerned but my dad passed away from throat cancer. 😢 Any thoughts? Please 🙏

@S L - My guess is that if your hands are coordinated enough, you can do both sides simultaneously. When I was taught manual lymphatic drainage, I was told by the therapist that I could do both sides simultaneously. She suggested that I cross my arms - use my right hand on my left face & neck and my left hand on my right. It helped with my coordination. Just remember to keep a very light touch.
