Well Done mate, nice finish to the EGR delete
Thanks mate. Anything you like to see on the channel??
Timing Belt you are doing is perfect
But i think one worth a Video, would be checking the adjusting Valves Clearances!
The Factory Service Manual shows it, but it is ambiguous towards the end.
That would be a very worthwhile video and reference for people
Cheers Dan, thank you offering ;)
Great videos and thanks for the info Dan .
Awesome channel. Keep the content coming 👍
Thanks mate, means a lot! Anything you would like to see on the channels?
Great Videos, thanks so much, Quick question. Can you install a Oil Catch can if you don't do the EGR Delete and clean the system only?
Future Video Ideas:
Timing Belt and Water Pump
Valve Clearances
Viscous Fan Oil
Wheel Bearings
Alternator Removal
Grease Points under body and Driveline
Water pump and timing belt im editing at the moment.
The rest will be done! Thanks.
You're legend fella
I hope other appreciate your time and willingness
Awesome, Thanks for that! If you have any questions let me know :)
Super!!! Once the video is up it should let you know.
Hi Dan, Just trying to find any information on 1HD-ET.
I loved your video's I am looking at putting a 1HD-ET in my 105. I already have a Safari Torbo kit on my 1HZ which isonly newso want to replace factory turbo with my Mitsubishi Turbo supplied with the SAfari kit.
My question is I would like to purchase the two reducers you screwed into the catch can as I have one the same but reduced it with silicon fittings and they leak.
Nice videos thank you
Noel
Hi dan until now your are blanking the egr what is condition your ingine how about the diesel consumption more ur less
Hey Dan, great series of videos! Where can we get in touch to purchase everything you've mentioned in the EGR delete & pro-vent install? Do you sell a complete kit?
Great Q - Dan can you reply to this please? i'm interested in purchasing the complete kit if possible
Great vids.
My newly aquired 2001 Amazon 100 4.2 has very poor acceleration. Im guessing soot build up. Is the catch can essential with the delete?
Looking to do this in the UK.
Hey mate, how'd you go getting the intake heater delete made up?
Thanks
AAFC rep nice
With everything you've done did you notice a difference? I have a 1hd fte with 400,000km on it. I imagine my intake would be caked thick
Yes mate, noticed a difference. Had a few people comment that they just did the clean and feel a difference as well.
Bit more responsive with throttle
@@DanvsCar good to hear. Because between gear change the revs hover for a couple seconds. I wonder if it would sort it out.
That could be a number of things, have you done your gearbox fluid?
Great video, did it through up any codes?
Thanks mate, No codes at all.
Where did you buy the drain tap?
The one for the catchcan? It came with the kit. But you can find them at any hose fitting store.
@@DanvsCar Cheers! Is the intake (where you bolted the bracket on) upto the job? I mean holding the whole catch can assembly in long term? Also are the bolts/studs long enough to accept the 2mm thick steel? Thanks once again
Well that should say part 5 and not 7! Woops
