Hey Dan, Great vids. Few questions.
Do you recommend changing the gaskets?
How do you torque the injector lines down properly with a standard torque wrench?
    Thanks Mate

Hello Andrew, if the gaskets are in good condition you can reuse them, but since its apart you might as well replace them for peace of mind.
Injector lines i did by feel. I have my elbow tuned to the correct torque. ;)
But you can purchase a open ring spaner which adapts to a 3/4" or 1/2" ratchet square fitting for torque bar/ ratchet.
From memory they are $15-$30, come in handy for other things as well.
      Hope that helps!

Any reason the injector lines have to be undone and redone in the order you have mentioned? Pls repeat the order here for removing and reinstalling..

Great videos thanks Dan. Is there a gasket between the head and the take manifold?

Hello! Thanks mate, yes there is. In the video i had it sitting on the head when putting the intake back on.
Think part number was 17171-17030. Check with your local dealer or on amayama.com.au

hello, please reply, , lc100 has engine oil in the intercooler to intake pipe. Do you believe its a leaking turbo? or could it be something else. thank you

    • @DanvsCar

It can be turbo or blowby from the engine breather pipe.
      Install catchcan.
      Check play in turbine shaft.

What does the intake valves look like??

As in with the pasty black sludge?
There was some in there, but over time it will clear itself.
As long as you block the egr/ install a catch can.

please excuse my ignorance, but what is the black liquid used to clean? And is there any similar procedure you might have taped for an L200 Mitsubishi? Cheers
