FUEL Series 30 Min GIANT LEG DAY Workout - Dumbbells | Day 1

- FUEL Day 1… Let’s Go!
Dumbbells, your mat, chair for Bulgarian lunges and lots of energy… everything you will need for FUEL Day 1!
The timer will be on for a majority of the workout 30 seconds per exercise, with 4 movements performed with no specific rest! Each 4 movements together essentially form a giant set and these are not random movements rather programmed to flow from one to another with many targeting the same muscles!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 2 x 15 kg and 2 x 12.5 kg each.

When you eat well, get enough sleep, workout regularly with Caroline, and your old heavy set of weights are now your light weights… Isnt it an amazing feeling?

This was insanely intense. I was sweating and my heart rate was elevated. The Bulgarian lunge and the RDL giant sets were fire. I think Epic Heat and Beastmode had a baby...FUEL!

Hi all, I’ve been following Caroline since she started on UA-cam. This has been the hardest leg workout we’ve had. I’m not sure if it’s due to the heavier weights or the hydro. Either way my legs are defeated. 😆😆😆😆😆

I finished Epic III two weeks ago. Same day I got dumped from a 5.5 years relationship. I’m still grieving but today I decided to get back to Caroline and start the Fuel series and wow, I’m so glad I did. Caroline makes me feel like such a baddie, I feel invincible again.
This series already feels amazing. It’s the start of my seventh program with Caroline and I can’t wait!

I'm just starting this today after I sort of started when I was pregnant. I had to stop due to pregnancy and I'm now 6 months postpartum, starting from scratch! I had to hold my 18 lb baby for most of the reps, and I needed lots of modifications and breaks. BUT I did it! It feels good to be back at at! Thank you for making this helpful resource available to all of us!

For a guy that is used to hitting the weights with strength, power and hypertrophy based workouts, this was a great change of pace. It can be as challenging as you want with the weight selection and complete range of motion. Also a great core routine with the single leg portions.

This series definitely looks like it’s going to target cardiovascular fitness a lot more compared to IRON with those high energy moves such as sprawls… it’s certainly going to be demanding! Let’s rev up those heart rates! ❤️🔥❤️🔥

I finished the Fuel series about a month ago, now I am coming back and doing it again. This time, I was able to get through this whole workout without a pause. This series is my favorite!!! So challenging but yet so good!

Wasn’t sure if I’d died and gone to hell tbh 🤔 This was so hard! Feel so accomplished after it though. I’m used to standard weight training, not a routine like this and it absolutely trashed me. It was very humbling 😂 thank you for an amazing workout Caroline!

I feel the same as you! When I feel sad or depressed I do her exercises and it works better than going out for a walk, swimming, writing a journal or doing yoga.

Finished Iron yesterday. This workout flew by compared to the Iron workouts. I have high hopes for this program being able to banish this stubborn flab.
How did it end? Do you prefer fuel or Iron. I finished iron last week and I’m deciding: repeat Iron vs start with fuel!
@@ED-ms7ho I prefer Iron, because I'm not a fan of HIIT. But it really depends on your goals. If you want to increase your strength/muscle mass, I'd suggest repeating Iron. If you want to improve your overall endurance (and don't mind tough cardio), I'd suggest Fuel. Fuel was physically and mentally challenging for me (even more so than Epic Heat). I don't regret completing it, but I'm honestly glad it's over and I can do something less intense. Note that you will probably need to lower your weights a bit for Fuel (faster reps).

Morning, Matthew! I bit of a hectic morning after my session, so I am writting to you a little later. I LOVED today's session. Like you have said- FUEL has everything! I think this programme will easily become my favourite one. Lunge hops after bulgarian's were hard and the lunge sequence as well- my glutes were on fire during lunge rear lifts!! The finisher was superb. I have always enjoyed the most combining bodyweight moves with weights and more slow and controlled movements with dynamic, explosive ones...

What’s the difference between iron and fuel ?

This is the first time I’ve challenge myself in this 30Days Workout program . unfortunately I can finish only 80% 🥹. Fyi I never workout for more than 20 minutes continuously🥵 I should be proud of myself, right?

Just finished this one wowzers it was demanding! Managed with my 15s and 12s, was one of my toughest yet! Liked the variety of weights then cardio! Feels great when you finish! Think this series is going to test me mentally but love a challenge! Thank you Caroline 😊

Hope you enjoyed Tony. Great combination of weights, b/w & cardio. Loving it but challenging. I think fuel is more of a fat burner!! Also think we are going to get our asses kicked these 6 wks but we are so ready. Great to be back again training with you✅

Definitely increased the HR combining the moves with the Weights, great to train again with you Anne 🥳 here comes summer !!! 🌞

Day 1 Done✔️. Finished with a Red Face dripping w/ Sweat 😅. Enjoyed each Set. Toughest were the Lunges. My fave were the Curtseys and Finisher. Max HR was 179. Great feeling after. Also did the 10min. Weighted Abs add-on.

Morning Trish great to be back with you😘 wasn't it tough but fantastic. Loving it all already. The cardio thrown in there made it such fun. The heart was pumping and the sweat a pouring with that🥵 this session is going to be more of a fat burner than iron. Loved the colour today too. Used Same weights as Caroline and it was tough. Day one done & add on also ✅ so not a bad morning's work🥵🥵

I'm so glad I restarted Fuel Series! It was a wonderful day 1 and gosh do I feel challenged! I am challenging myself to workout at least 3 times a week to build consistency. And since I made that public declaration, the right thing to do is to stick to it! Happy Monday y'all!!! Thank you Caroline!

Day 1 kicked my legs🥵 thank you for providing these home workouts for us! I'm a mom of two and it's so much easier to workout at home🙏🏾 I'm incredibly thankful.

Completed 54% my legs are jello. Better for me to stop than to have crappy form. I have a new goal now.

Am I the only one who couldn’t finish this workout? I was almost dead 20 minutes later, but I’m excited, this is amazing, I can feel my body working out hard… I’ll keep trying the best I can. 💪🏻

Holy sweat!! After Iron my dumbbell capacity for each exercise went up between 5-10 lbs and this giant set format smoked me with those heavier weights! Thank you for Iron, I have never been stronger and am so looking forward to this new series 🙌🏻
LOVE this new programming with the little HIIT woven in & back to 30 min workouts. Glad to hear new tunes as well, and that finisher- brilliant. Thanks so much Caroline! 💜

Back doing Fuel almost a year after it came out. I just finished a few of CGs other prpgrams again and they are all still amazing second and third time through. Thanks Caroline!
Day 1 done! I've probably gained 40 pounds or so the last 6 months, and have done nothing the last two weeks as I've been sick. This one was tough to get through but I did it! I can't wait to follow my first full Caroline program and see where I'm at in 6 weeks. Also, it's 90F here today (not normal) so happy to have my cooler basement to workout in as this was a sweaty one!

Wow!! That was crazy tough but great at the same time. I had to take a few 1 minute breaks instead of 30 second ones and my legs definitely felt like they might collapse but I made it through...yipppeeee!!! I finished Iron yesterday and thought about taking some time off but figured i'm in a good routine so I should just jump right back in there. Glad I did! Thanks Caroline!
