Sir, do we have to repeat the same exercises till 12 weeks and can we do more than 5 exercises of each body part in a 2 day split. What about other exercises of the body part? Please help
@@kakalighosh2474 Doing 10 exercises is not at all difficult.... That to if it is chest and tricep Or back and bicep, they are interlinked muscles.... But leg and shoulders are totally independent muscles and you can easily do it ( ofcourse you must have time... )

Now I’m doing 90KG deadlifts, could barely do 10 sit-ups now I can do 3 sets of 50 🤣 body fat has went from just under 20% to 13% I’ve lost a stone in 3 months. Exercising has changed my life and I’m becoming a PT so that’s a bonus! These workout routines are great I can’t recommend them enough. Add your own exercises in along with it and your golden!

I know some people are asking if they can change things around with this routine so hopefully this helps, I changed mine and it works great. So this is my routine and I workout everyday just because I feel good doing it that way. On the treadmill I walk fast for 1/2 mile, then run (more like jogging) for 1/2 a mile then walk fast again to complete 20 minutes of cardio everyday. I do legs by itself one day, next day I do chest and shoulders, next day I do back, biceps and triceps. And I do abs every other day.. Like I said hope this helps...

I have been using this type of program for the last 2 years..am getting great result ..I use to add drop sets and fst7 in this routine once a month..and am using these supplements whey protein, creatine, salmon omega and multi vitamin..last two years my bicep was 15 inches now my biceps is 17 and ahalf inches..and gain good musles mass
@@mirimranonline if your are doing workout for more than 6 to 12 months select 3 exercise for large body part and 2 exercise for small body part , do it for 3 sets from 10 to 12 reps, rest period must be 60 seconds.. And If you are doing workout out for more than 2 years select 3 exercise for large body part and 3 exercise for small body part, do it for 4 sets from 6 to 10 reps , rest period is 60 seconds, do 5 mins proper warm up before exercise..

This workout plan I did it back in 1990. Always return to basics. 90's bodybuiilders used to train liike that. You train Chest and indirectlly you are warming Triceps You train Back and you prepare Biceps Great video bro!

Guys it's really work, l get some good changes in my body parts with in a one n half month. No need to ask trainer for excercise gym plan. But only u have to ask to trainer for how to do these work out n what the weight of dumbbells or barbell have to be pick as per body. So guy just go for it, it works👍💪💪

I used to play really good soccer not like a Ronaldo but l am ok that is how l build my body naturally. I never used to go gym. So, l have been just focusing my career and money and personal stuff while heading to gym. But, l did not know what l am doing and how l am doing. Luckily, l am in good shape thanks to Allah. On the other hand, l lost my motivation going back to gym because l have not seen any progress with unnecessary and wrong workout. Finally, l am following this schedule first time. Little intense for me but l love it especially after almost 3 hours workout, l was feeling so great and started seeing some progress. My Main concern is that I always rejected consuming supplement because of side effect. But l am trying to cook good food and eating healthy stuff. Hopefully, this time l am hoping that l will be making distinctive progress. I believe in this schedule. Just never give up, put discipline and prioritize your goal and eat healthy. At the end of this journey you will be making one of this biggest visible investment by yourself. Good luck all and thanks for this video!
This looks similar to what I do but I only do one round a week (MWF) while doing cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays (not doing cardio for fat loss but to try and improve my shitty VO2). Any tips to up my game to two rounds a week as noted and still get the cardio in?

As a trainer since 4 years, I guarantee that you will get good result if you follow this work out plan strictly and properly...
As a natural it is not possible to do 10 exercises on leg and shoulder day.

@@SergioNavaa I wouldn't start with 6 Daye a week, maybe 4 or 5 maximum. Add in 1-2 cardio days
