      I'm also staying in village. I do heavy body weight exercise I brought big thik long rod that became barbell bar and I have pull up bar. We can do enough in home dude push up dips squats etc. All we should be thinking is healthy body is far more better then any other

    Before watching your video i would say that my uncle was a bodybuilder in 90s..he used to train 3 muscles in a day,and all muscles twice a week..he has god gifted genentics..he was a beast and still a beast..even at 60 age he is much much stronger than an average human..he never had protein powders..all he had is good food..he never changed his workout for 20 years..it took him 7-8 years to become a bodybuilder naturally..without any special diet and protein supplements..

      Yes people who workout regularly are twice stronger than an average guy ... N a roided bodybuilder is atleast twice as strong as a natty BB and 4 times as strong as an average .
      A Paralympic powerlifter ( world champion / Paralympic gold medallist ) is 10 times as strong as an average guy.

    You train so hard that you know you can't train no longer on that particular day is what you should aim for. Doesn't matter if u train 1 part or 2 parts or 3 body parts or or mixed exs. Find your own movement which hits your muscle parts and achieve your best contraction. Drop any other ex's which can't give you the best contraction.
    Note: get your head in the game. Feel le ke maare exercise. Contraction ko feel karo. Nutrition. Supplement. Rest pe dhyaan do. Aur har baar kisi k bhi kehne pe mat jao. Jeet selal is awesome. He is knowledgeable.

    Monday to Sunday 12 KM of rowing every morning.
    Monday to Sunday min 0f 60 min of split weight training in the evening and often only a 1 hour eating window ( vegan of course )

    Hi Jeet bhai. I am from Gujarat,India. I can't afford high gym fees. First I used to skip my leg days but after understanding it's importance I have stopped it and legs day have become my favourite. The gym I visit don't have any machines for legs. Still I do 5-6 exercises for legs with barbell and dumbbell. Please make a video on exercises for hamstrings with the help of dumbbell or barbell. I know 1-2 exercises.

    ..my advance level training split is..
    1 chest,forearms and rear delt
    2 lateral delt and biceps
    3 front delt and legs and neck
    4 back and triceps
    5 traps, abs and obliques

    What's the right warm up technique, like warm up the specific joints that will be trained on that day? I mean on the day, when to squat, one should warm up using less than 50% of the weight you will squat with; same goes for the chest or back.
    Hence walking/ jogging for 10 to 20 minutes on the treadmill before weight training is a waste of energy even if ur doing legs and not upper body.
    Hence warm up allows the blood flow to move through the specific muscle groups and warm up the specific joints that will be trained. Please correct me and guide me.

    Opposite muscles workout best. It's give monster look in the gym. Arnold workout was opp muscle train ...this is the best workout plan for all. 1.. Back and chest. 2.. Shoulder bicep and tricep 3. Off. 4.Legs calves 5. Back chest .6 shoulder bicep and tricep 7. Off.

    Sir I use to go with back biceps on Monday, chest triceps on Tuesday and last shoulder n legs on Wednesday this cycle goes on regular basis. Should I go with this or any changes required?

    Back and chest are big muscles but you also said don’t do any two big muscles at the same time and also at the same time you said do Chest and back ! 😏 I’m confused 🤷🏼‍♂️

      Do Chest and Triceps on the same day . On next day , train back and biceps and after that Shoulders and Legs
