I understand where you're coming from with having older parents and it's not remotely the same as having parents who are only 20-30 years older than yourself. I think it's excellent that you've grasped how it pans out as you enter the early part of adulthood, many don't and have massive regrets in their later years as they couldn't comprehend what little time you can actually have with your parents.
No matter what you do in life, solid dedicated decompression is a necessity, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

I just wtched your atot with gunship vid and saw the part of taking apart the atte and it reminded me of when a pice in the holder when carrying it came lose and it fell and i dicided to take it apart
Get better mate. Get some professional help too, nothing wrong with taling with an expert to give you perspective. Maybe take a year off and travel the world, do something new. 26 you don't need to be married. It will happen when it happens, I used to be in your position, it gets better.
