Get better mate. Get some professional help too, nothing wrong with taling with an expert to give you perspective. Maybe take a year off and travel the world, do something new. 26 you don't need to be married. It will happen when it happens, I used to be in your position, it gets better.

This is an Amazing build! After watching the short video of this I said had to buy two of these sets if you made an instructional video and sure enough you did. Recently bought two thru Amazon and will be building this soon twice and will be adding them to the IKEA white Lego boxes. Thanks again for this build if it wasn’t for you I would had probably not even bothered to buy this set.

I understand where you're coming from with having older parents and it's not remotely the same as having parents who are only 20-30 years older than yourself. I think it's excellent that you've grasped how it pans out as you enter the early part of adulthood, many don't and have massive regrets in their later years as they couldn't comprehend what little time you can actually have with your parents. No matter what you do in life, solid dedicated decompression is a necessity, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
